Lean sweet pastries in a slow cooker. Lean pastries

Step 1: prepare tea leaves.

Tea for tea drinking is better to brew in a ceramic teapot, then it will be more fragrant. To prepare our pastries, we will also use the basic rules for brewing tea. We take a kettle and pour boiling water over it. Then, using a teaspoon, pour the amount of tea leaves necessary for our recipe into it. Pour the tea leaves with boiling water. We close this container with a lid, and on top of the kettle we cover with a light cloth napkin so that it covers not only the lid of the dish, but also the spout of the kettle. The napkin will let the steam through, but retain the essential oils in the tea leaves. From this, the tea leaves will be very fragrant, so the pastries will be saturated with this tea aroma. We insist brewing for 10-15 minutes. When it cools, strain the tea through a sieve into a free cup, and discard the used tea leaves. Then add sugar to the filtered tea liquid and, using a teaspoon, stir the sugar well in this liquid.

Step 2: prepare the flour.

Sift the flour through a sieve over a clean bowl. At the same time, the flour is freed from lumps and enriched with oxygen from the air, so the dough will be kneaded easier and better. For lean baked goods, use premium, fine-grained wheat flour from a brand you trust.

Step 3: prepare the dough.

Pour the cooled tea leaves with sugar, vegetable oil into the mixer bowl and add a little sifted flour. We turn on the appliance and beat our liquid mass at medium speed. Then, turn off the mixer and add the rest of the flour to this container. Mix all the ingredients again at medium speed. We make sure that the test mass is homogeneous and without lumps. After - in the same container we add soda, previously quenched with vinegar, and add jam with a tablespoon. Turning on the mixer at medium speed, mix all the ingredients well again until smooth. The dough is liquid. The consistency resembles thick sour cream.

Step 4: prepare lean pastries in a slow cooker.

We take a multi-cooker baking dish and, using a pastry brush, evenly grease it with vegetable oil. Then sprinkle the bottom and sides of the form with semolina. Pour the batter into this mold and put it in the slow cooker. Select the "Baking" mode. The baking process takes 50-60 minutes. At the end of the cooking process, the kitchen appliance emits a signal that reminds us that our dish is ready. Open the multicooker and take out the form with the finished baking. Let our cake cool down. Then we take it out of the form. To check the readiness of our dish, just pierce it with a toothpick. If it is dry after being removed from the dough, then our lean pastries are ready.

Step 5: serve lean pastries in a slow cooker.

We shift the pastries to a wide flat dish and, using a kitchen knife, cut it into portioned pieces. At your request, before cutting the cake, we can decorate it with fresh fruit, as well as dried fruit, jam or jam. Good appetite!

- - For baking, in addition to any jam, you can use jam to your taste.

- - If you do not have brown sugar, you can use ordinary white sugar.

- - If you put cocoa powder in the dough, then lean pastries will turn out to be chocolate.

- - You can bake two identical lean cakes, and soak them with any cream using, instead of butter, vegetable cream, or spread the cakes with any jam or jam.

- - You can prepare tea leaves for dough from any kind of tea according to your desire.

Those who fast need meals that are simple in ingredients and not labor intensive every day. To prepare such a lean cake in a slow cooker, you will need the most ordinary products: flour, sugar, vegetable oil, and either ready-made dried fruit compote, or any available dried fruits simply poured with boiling water for 10-15 minutes. For a glass of boiling water - at least a third of a glass of any dried fruit or a mixture thereof. You can also take note of the preparation of drinks and make dough based on them.

This time I had five prunes and an incomplete handful of raisins, and I especially liked the cake based on dried apples with cinnamon added to the dough.

Vegetable oil is better to take one that is odorless.

To prepare a lean cake in a slow cooker, prepare the ingredients according to the list for the recipe.

Mix sugar with vegetable oil.

Pour compote liquid into this mixture and stir.

Add flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Stir the ingredients until smooth.

Stir whole small and chopped large dried fruits into the resulting lean cake batter.

It is very convenient to use silicone molds or foil molds for baking in a slow cooker. Choose the appropriate bowl diameter for your size. Place the mold with the dough into the multicooker bowl.

If there are no molds, then pour the dough into a bowl greased with vegetable oil.

Set the multicooker to the "baking 1 hour" mode.

After the beep, carefully remove the finished cake. Multi-cooker cupcakes are usually pale on top, but this one is also sticky ... You can make the appearance more attractive to your liking. I had some ground walnuts, and they came in handy for sprinkling.

A lean cake on compote baked in a slow cooker is lush, fragrant and really very tasty!

Cooking lean pastries in a slow cooker

Great Lent is no reason not to indulge in a variety of goodies, albeit without animal fats. Today we will show you how you can cook lean dishes in a slow cooker, ideal for dessert.

Or maybe you are a vegetarian? Our recipes are perfect for you too. Photos of the cooking process are attached to each dish so that it is easier for you to navigate when you decide to recreate our recipes in your kitchen.

Here are two options for a delicious dessert, after which no one can say that lean baking in a slow cooker is not tasty.

Lenten cupcake with apples. There are not so many ingredients for preparing this dish, and almost every housewife always has all of them in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

Step 1

Sift the flour in a deep bowl. Add cocoa to it (which would also be desirable to sift), sugar, cinnamon and baking powder.

Gently mix the dry ingredients of the cake, and pour in the vegetable oil and water to make a not too thick dough.

On a note: if you want the recipes to be not only lean, but also dietary, feel free to replace sugar with honey or fructose. True, if you decide to use honey, it is added to the already batter. And don't forget to melt it in the microwave if it's sugary!

Step 2

Wash the apples, remove the core and stem. Optionally, you can grate them, or chop them into small cubes, as shown in the photo below.

We combine the dough with apples, knead well so that the apple pieces are evenly distributed.

Lubricate the bottom and walls of the multicooker bowl with a silicone brush dipped in vegetable oil, and lay out the future lean cake in the multicooker.

We select the cooking function "Baking", and we will bake a treat for 1 hour. After the cooking time has elapsed, carefully remove the treat using a steamer container and let cool at room temperature. Ready cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

On a note: Like all our recipes, this baking option can be modified to suit your tastes. For example, add washed raisins with candied fruit or walnuts to apples in the dough. Or you can mix a grated apple and a small carrot for juiciness - the color of the dessert will only benefit from this.

This dish is a little more complicated than the first, but with the proper skill, you will definitely succeed, because in a slow cooker you can cook almost all baking recipes. We will need the following ingredients for baking

  • Semolina - 250 grams.
  • Sugar - 150 grams.
  • Cherry - 300 grams.
  • Water - 150 grams.
  • Baking powder - 15 grams.
  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon - to taste.
  • Vegetable oil - for lubricating the multicooker bowl.
  • Whole grain flour - 2 tablespoons.

Step 1

Mix semolina with sugar and water, and let it swell. Manna recipes usually do not name the swelling time - on average, it will take about 1 hour. Some daredevils leave semolina all night.

Then add sugar to the resulting mass (as in the previous recipe, you can replace it with liquid honey or fructose), baking powder and a little flour. The dough for manna should not be too tight.

Step 2

Fresh berries must be washed, sorted, and the tails and bones removed.

And if you use frozen cherries, then you need to defrost them in advance - and it is best to do this in a colander over the sink, so that excess liquid has come off the cherries.

Lubricate the bottom and walls of the multicooker with vegetable oil using a cooking brush or paper towel.

Pour half of the dough into a multicooker bowl, and pour cherry berries on top. Fill them with the rest of the dough. We activate the "Baking" function, select the cooking time - 1 hour.

On a note: if, after 1 hour, the cherry mannik seems too pale and unbaked to you, it must be carefully removed from the multicooker bowl using a steaming basket, and put “head” down. Leave to bake for another 30 minutes, and then ours will definitely be ready.

Chocolate cake with ginger is incredibly tasty, tender, airy and fragrant. This is why my family loved him. I hope that you will also use the recipe and cook a lean cupcake in a slow cooker.

Ingredients:

  • Water - 100 ml,
  • Vegetable oil - 80 ml,
  • Cocoa - 30 grams,
  • Sugar sand - 150 grams,
  • Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon,
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon,
  • Bite,
  • Vanillin - 1 pinch,
  • Flour - 2.5 multi-cups,
  • Margarine (or vegetable oil) - for greasing the mold.

Cooking process:

We mix cold water, vegetable oil and granulated sugar. Next add the ground ginger. If you do not have powder, then it can be replaced with ordinary ginger, which will have to be peeled and grated. Mix all ingredients well.

Pour cocoa powder and vanillin into the resulting mixture.

Next, put soda slaked with vinegar and wheat flour sifted through a sieve. Knead not too thick dough. If the dough is thick, then the cake will turn out not so tender and airy.

Lubricate the multicooker pan with margarine or vegetable oil. Pour the dough into it. We select the "Baking" mode, the cooking time is 65 minutes. We bake a cupcake until the end of the regime.

Chocolate cake with ginger is ready! It looks so beautiful and appetizing when it is still in the bowl. The cake must be carefully removed from the multicooker using a steaming basket. Let it cool down and cut it into pieces.

Bon appetit and good recipes!

Sincerely, Anyuta.

We still have a post on the calendar. And this feat will last until April 7, because this is the last day of fasting, the eve of Christ's Bright Resurrection. The second week is not as scary as the first. But I want something delicious. And if you want, let's not deny ourselves. After all, there are a huge number of recipes for lean baking. So I propose to bake a lean chocolate muffin with berries in a slow cooker.

In my next baking recipe there are no eggs, no butter, no milk. Therefore, this fragrant chocolate cake will be a great consolation for those who are fasting, and for everyone who tries to eat healthy, or who does not have eggs in the refrigerator, and so on.

Why do I put a berry in a cupcake? And you will see what a pleasant sourness cranberries, currants or viburnum can give!

Cooking time: 20 minutes for kneading and 65 minutes for baking

Complexity: slightly above average, because it is not easy to introduce vegetable oil into the cake dough

Ingredients:

    sugar - 250 g

salt - on the tip of a knife

baking powder for dough - 1 tbsp.

vegetable oil (refined) - 80 ml

    water - 250 ml

    chocolate icing - 1 sachet

How to cook a lean cupcake in a slow cooker:

We measure out the required amount of cocoa and send it to a bowl in which we will knead the dough for a chocolate muffin. Add flour to cocoa. But first, let's sift it. I made it right over a bowl of cocoa.

Mix these ingredients well. We need to add the rest of the bulk. Pour salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder here.

Mix everything again and add sugar. We are faced with the same task - to mix everything qualitatively.

Our next step is to add water and oil. What to put in first? I added water first. Very well - until smooth - kneaded with a spatula. And then I added oil. And here you have to work hard to mix it into the dough. Now I understand that it was possible to mix everything in the mixer - quickly and efficiently. But I still got it.

I got the berries from the freezer - I like to make blanks in the summer. I put them in the dough.

After mixing everything, she poured the dough into the bowl of the multicooker, which she previously greased with vegetable oil.

We bake on the “Baking” mode for 1 hour 5 minutes. We take out the lean chocolate muffin by laying it on a steamer basket. Soft, fluffy, tasty, fragrant cupcake, I smeared the top and sides with icing (store-bought - diluted the bag with water according to the instructions).
