  • butter - 30 g

Cooking

1. In order to prepare cheesecakes, take silicone molds for baking and a deep bowl for kneading. From technology, you can use a mixer. Cottage cheese any will do fat content. Pass it through a fine strainer to remove excess lumps.

2. Pour granulated sugar and vanilla sugar to the mashed cottage cheese. Rub with a spoon.

Pour the curd batter into the molds, about 1 cm below the top rim. However, the dough should rise as it bakes. On a baking sheet, pour water about a little below half of the molds. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Send to the oven for 30-40 minutes. Baking times may vary as all ovens are different.

The proportions of the rest of the products are very simple to calculate: for every 100 grams of cottage cheese, add one egg, one spoonful of granulated sugar and semolina, two tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt (you can mix them), half a teaspoon of baking powder (be careful with this, do not overdo it) , and the amount of vanillin does not change.
