Shamanic breathing practices. Five breathing practices for all occasions

What is health? Usually they say - movement. But undoubtedly it is worth adding: also breathing. Correct, smart, helpful. It is known that cases of diseases of the respiratory organs and the cardiovascular system have recently become more frequent. Not everything is in order with the human immune system. Despite the expansion of the list of medicines, which are very often indispensable and provide us with the most beneficial help, it also happens that we lose strength while waiting for medical support. And those problems that we could eliminate on our own, using the reserves of the body, turn into serious and dangerous ones.

Yes, movement is life. Now almost everyone understands this. But if we breathe, forgetting about the power that we receive in the process of inhalation, and about the role of exhalation, then we will not be able to avoid trouble. It will be difficult to cope with diseases of the lungs and heart, and problems with immunity can be overcome.

The book offered to you tells about those breathing practices that have been tested for centuries and served as the basis for the health of people who have not yet had such a wide support of civilization. All the exercises that are mentioned here do not require special knowledge and skills from you. Everyone who is interested and striving to master them will be able to keep himself in the right shape before it's too late.

BREATH IS LIFE

No one needs to be explained that without breathing there is no life. Therefore, it is very important to watch how we breathe. It is known that diseases of the lungs and bronchi are a very common phenomenon that directly affects the reduction of a person's life expectancy and his well-being. Of course, we inhale and exhale reflexively, and if we think about how this happens, we immediately lose the rhythm. However, reflexively does not mean at all that it is correct. The human body has a reserve of capabilities that we usually do not use. At the same time, health depends on how they are implemented.

What is correct breathing? The ability to breathe so that the energy we possess helps us cope with physical ailments and opens up new perspectives of intelligent perception and good disposition. Breathing is not only a physiological process, but also a truly creative one. After all, it is not for nothing that they say that the Creator breathed in a life. This formation is facilitated by properly organized inhalation and exhalation. And of course, this helps to achieve a more harmonious work of all organs, and not just the pulmonary system.

It is important to take into account everything here: the strength and duration of inhalation and exhalation, the ability to pass air through all departments and extract from it the energy that is needed for life. In addition, one must learn to control the breathing process itself, as well as to delay it. Ignoring those simple traditions that have been known for thousands of years does not lead to anything good. And if you can be healthy, why stay sick? Moreover, the path to better health does not require excessive efforts and overcoming unprecedented obstacles.

There is not a single tradition that does not pay attention to breathing techniques. However, perhaps the most authoritative was the practice that has developed in the East. More precisely, practices, primarily within the framework of yoga and Chinese gymnastics. There is a common thing between them - the idea of the energy that fills a person with health - kundalini, or qi. The difference lies in the preferred type of breathing, due to the vision of the promotion and concentration of life-giving forces in the human body.

So, among the most essential components of yoga is the training of breathing, or pranayama. This is the development of special (rhythmic) breathing methods, and stopping the inhalation-exhalation so that the kundalini (energy) can fully unfold. At the heart of this practice is the refusal to breathe irregularly and quickly. Breathing slows down and obeys a clear and consistent rhythm. Thus, it echoes not the pulsations of the lower level - the physical world, but the pulsations of the cosmos, therefore, it becomes a means of overcoming frailty and gaining eternal peace.

According to yoga, there is an inextricable link between breath and consciousness. Rhythmic breathing allows you to concentrate, focus attention and consciousness, which as a result is enlightened. Enlightened consciousness is the goal and way of being in the spiritual dimension. Moreover, in this way the yogi can penetrate into states that are otherwise inaccessible, such as dreams. In a dream, a person breathes more evenly, calmer, more rhythmically. But if the sleeper is not aware of the visible and comprehended, then the yogi clearly imagines this.

Prana in question is the essence of any movement, its focus, the essence of energy. It is everywhere and, from the point of view of the followers of yoga, does not depend on a pure physiological component, although we receive it from the air we breathe. And the deeper our breathing is, the more prana - life-giving force - will accumulate in the body. With shallow breathing, we receive it in small doses, which are barely enough to support our existence. Yogis consciously strive to master the technique that allows them to receive such power from the outside and convert it into internal resources. And this is a completely conscious, although becoming automatic at some stage, following.

Pranayama, on the other hand, is control over prana, its management. It is this skill that gives a chance to change for the better, which is the secret of yoga. Not so much just to gain something, to receive, but to expand opportunities and turn the perceived kindness to other people. On one person, nothing closes and does not end.

In India, they believe that in the human body there are centers associated with the subtle nature (ether), although they can also be represented in a bodily, so to speak, material form. For example, they correspond with the sections of the spinal column, which forms a vertical in the human body. The spine is akin to an axis that permeates and holds the Universe, and therefore, in training, special attention is paid to the areas of the spine through which energy passes as it rises: coccygeal, sacral, lumbar, dorsal and cervical. The top is the brain, the control of which involves going beyond the conceivable, visible, tangible. However, such zones do not represent nerve centers or nerve plexuses. These are the subtle channels through which the vital forces follow.

One of these channels is located inside the spinal axis. It reaches the hole that corresponds to the crown. This channel is called Sushumna. Two more channels - pingala and ida - pass along the outer side of the same axis, crossing and reaching two nostrils - left and right. The two lines are feminine or negative and masculine or positive. Each person has these two principles, often there is no balance between them, on which human health depends. These are the pathways of prana.

Control over the movement of energy currents is achieved by the correct position of the body, breathing, and special gestures. They streamline the energies of a person, opening up to him the possibility of coincidence with the cosmos. In our individual lives, we easily fall out of the common space, losing the sources of vital energy. From my own experience, I was convinced that the return to harmony allows you to gain self-confidence, to look at the world around you differently, to gain health.

First of all, when breathing exercises according to the yoga system are performed, one should feel rhythmic vibrations when inhaling and exhaling, controlled by consciousness. Then concentrate prana in the centers of power, send it to the necessary organs. Here the solar plexus plays an important role. The very name of the organ speaks for itself. The energy rises and expands, and its rays gradually cover the whole body.

Comprehending the secrets of pranayama, you need to master a number of body positions that contribute to the spread of life-giving force. One of the simplest is this: sit on the floor, lean forward slightly, keep your back naturally; back and neck in line. You will get acquainted with other positions of the body below, when we talk about breathing exercises. In this position, start breathing training: first, breathe measuredly, then - taking a slow breath, and then, having learned this, holding your breath slightly and exhaling slowly. Watch the amount of air consumed and exhaled, the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation. While you can act purely individually, according to the capabilities of your own body.

In one famous song there are these words: "I listen to our breathing...". What is breathing? Just a combination of various processes that ensure the direct supply of oxygen to our body? Or, after all, something more ... And how often do you, dear reader, listen to your breathing? Most of you will probably answer: "No, not often". And this is true: most of us perceive breathing as a natural process of life, not noticing it and not paying any attention to how we breathe. But it is precisely in proper breathing that the key to the health of the whole organism, beauty and even to the growth of spiritual strength and the ability to manage one's own life is contained. For this, special breathing practices have been developed.

Types of breathing practices

Breathing practices are used in psychology, religion, shamanism, yoga. For example, in Sanskrit, they are called pranayama (prana - "life, breathing", yama - "control, management, stop"). The essence of such practices is to control prana (life energy Qi) with the help of special breathing exercises.

Among the breathing practices stand out holotropic breathing And edgefig. Holotropic Breathwork- the most popular method of immersion in an altered state of consciousness. It is recognized as one of the most effective methods in psychotherapy. Developed by American psychologists, Holotropic Breathwork has gained wide popularity as a method of self-discovery and personal growth. The main elements of the technique: intense breathing, stimulating music and simultaneous immersion in the most secret corners of the inner self. Holotropic breathing opens up internal traumas, allows you to understand yourself, free yourself from life conflicts.

Vipassana to some extent, it can also be attributed to breathing practices. It proclaims awareness of one's own actions, heart, mind, body, breath. Being aware of the breath, you are aware of the rising and falling belly, your life energy, emotions subside, the heart calms down.

Likewise, for example, in Shaivism breathing practice is used for personal growth and self-knowledge.

What are the benefits of breathing practices?

As a result of the regulation of breathing, different groups of respiratory muscles are trained, internal organs are massaged, and a reflex effect on brain activity is carried out through olfactory and other receptors. The nervous system is also involved in the process, thereby you can learn to control your psycho-emotional state, for example, to calm down faster in a stressful situation, it is easier to survive grief, and so on.

Breathing practices, due to the inclusion of long breath holdings in the technique, as well as energy pumping, can expand the adaptive functions of the human body and make consciousness more resistant to experiencing various kinds of altered states.

In addition, regular exercise calms the mind, makes you more balanced, heals the lungs, and improves the nervous system. Many note that after breathing exercises, energy appears, the standard of living improves, a person becomes more self-confident, reaching such heights in his personal life and career that he had not even dared to think about before.

The first thing a baby does after birth is to take a deep breath. The lungs expand and the baby lets out its first cry. This is a good sign, indicating that the baby was able to survive childbirth and is entering a new life. After that, he does not stop breathing until his death.

Breathing is a natural process. We take a deep breath of fresh air, hold our breath for unpleasant odors or under water. Anxious moments in movies or books leave us breathless. Or we try not to breathe during the first kiss. However, in ordinary life, people do not pay attention to how they breathe. The process goes by itself, as it should. But proper breathing can bring our body to harmony, get rid of fullness, from multiple diseases. This is a whole science that needs to be learned.

There are several breathing practices. If you master them, you can get rid of spiritual and physiological problems. It's amazing that something as natural as breathing can change our lives so much.

The benefits of breathing exercises

It is impossible to live long without breathing. Even our ancestors correlated this process with the soul. And the very word "breath" is similar to the word "soul". It is the breath that connects our spiritual state with the physical incarnation. It allows us to understand our psyche. Breathing exercises based on this connection, they help achieve harmony between body and soul. If you learn how to breathe correctly, you can be cured of many diseases. This is diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, and sexual dysfunction. Naturally, breathing practices can improve the performance of the respiratory system.

Another positive quality of exercise - opportunity to lose weight. Many overweight girls have been able to lose those extra pounds thanks to proper breathing. Unfortunately, most people do not take this process seriously, do not believe in the benefits. But the result of proper breathing is simply stunning.

Types of breathing

To obtain oxygen and release carbon dioxide, we use the respiratory organs - the nasal cavity, trachea, bronchi, lungs, etc. Sometimes some organs perform the function of others, for example, with a cold, when the nose is blocked, we inhale air through the mouth. Although we use the same complex of organs of the respiratory system, we breathe differently. Breathing can be

  1. Deep. A person inhales the maximum amount of air that their lungs can hold. Like outdoors, for example.
  2. superficial. Shallow breathing means that a small volume of air enters the lungs. In this case, the lungs are not sufficiently ventilated, which can lead to circulatory disorders. Shallow breathing is a pathology.
  3. Frequent. Rapid breathing can occur after physical exertion. In the normal state, rapid breathing can also be a symptom of disorders.
  4. rare. Rare breathing occurs in swimmers. They developed their own technique to reduce the wear and tear of internal organs, to give them the necessary rest and nutrition.
  5. lower. This type of breathing is not determined by frequency or depth, but by technique. Lower breathing is also called diaphragmatic or abdominal. The diaphragm is involved in the process, not the chest. Most often, abdominal breathing occurs in men. We can notice that when they inhale, their chest does not rise. Diaphragmatic breathing is practiced by television announcers so they can pronounce long phrases without choking.
  6. The average. The respiratory process is carried out with the help of the intercostal muscles. The rib cage descends and rises with each entry. This type of breathing is more common in women.
  7. Upper. Upper breathing works the shoulders and collarbones. Both the chest and the diaphragm remain motionless.
  8. mixed. Mixed breathing is called a technique when all three types are used - upper, middle and lower. It provides maximum ventilation of the lungs.

Types of breathing techniques:

YOGA

Yoga is a system of exercises that allows a person to learn to control the spiritual and physiological functions of the body. This system operates with the concept of "prana". The Vedas and Upanishads, the oldest Hindu texts, speak of prana. There is food and breathing prana that allows you to maintain human life. Breathing exercises in yoga are called Pranayama - the fourth level of Ashtanga yoga. With the help of breathing, you can learn to control prana.

Yoga technique is mixed or full breathing. It is characterized by the opening and ventilation of the lungs. Breathing practice allows you to achieve the following results:

  • excellent ventilation of the lungs;
  • saturation of the body with oxygen;
  • pressure reduction;
  • improved metabolism;
  • restoration of the nervous system;
  • boosting immunity.

Moreover, when performing breathing practice, your body is filled with life-giving prana, you gain balance and harmony.

First you need to sit in Turkish, facing north (south for women), close your eyes and straighten your back. At the same time, the hands are on the knees, and the fingers are collected in Jnani mudra. First, exhale deeply so that the air completely leaves the lungs. You need to start with abdominal breathing. To do this, stick out your stomach. Feel the lower part of your lungs open up. Then comes the middle breathing - the chest rises, the air fills the middle part of the lungs. After that, lift your shoulders, fill the upper part of the lungs with oxygen. In this case, the stomach needs to be pulled in a little. When exhaling, the shoulders and chest drop. The breathing itself should be smooth and even. You should not exert effort or strain the internal organs. Feel what muscles work with each stage of breathing. Focus on prana, on the life-giving energy that fills your body with every breath. The breathing exercise includes 3-14 complete inhale-exhale cycles.

BREATHING GYMNASTICS STRELNIKOVA A.N.

Breathing exercises are a set of exercises that can fight many ailments. Among them are bronchial asthma, and cardiovascular diseases, and diseases of the central nervous system, and deformities of the spine or chest. Strelnikova's technique is based on gas exchange. More air enters the lungs than usual, so gas exchange in the blood is stimulated. The exercises involve not only the respiratory system, but also the diaphragm, head, neck, and abdominals. Gymnastics involves the whole body, so its beneficial effect is so great.

Strelnikova's set of exercises is quite extensive. We will give three introductory exercises as an example.

  • "Palms"

Breathing is like clapping your hands. You need to take 4 breaths through your nose, while exhaling through your mouth. Inhalation should be noisy and deep, and exhalation should be imperceptible and quiet. Every 4 breaths there is a pause of 3-5 seconds. Then the exercise is repeated. When inhaling, you need to clench your hands into fists, while resting, your hands fall. In total, 24 exercises of 4 breaths should be done. Shoulders and stomach are not involved in breathing. This exercise can cause slight dizziness. Then the pause between sets should be increased to 10 seconds.

  • "Leaders"

This exercise involves 8 breaths in a row, without any stop. After the breaths, a short break for 4-5 seconds follows, after which the exercise is repeated again. "Shoulders" are performed while standing, hands should be pressed to the stomach. The fingers are clenched into fists. On exhalation, a sharp push is made with the hands to the floor without the participation of the shoulders. The arms should be fully extended. During exhalation, the hands are again pressed against the stomach. The exercise should be repeated 12 times for 8 breaths.

  • "Pump"

Exercise should be done while standing. We lean towards the floor. In the middle of the tilt, a breath is taken through the nose, which ends with the tilt. Then you need to straighten up, bend over again and inhale. The exercise is performed 12 times for 8 breaths. After each figure eight rest 4-5 seconds.

Strelnikova's gymnastics also includes other exercises that involve the legs, neck and head. Some exercises need to be done while standing, others can be done while sitting. Breathing techniques have an amazing effect on the body, but you need not to overdo it. Be sure to pause between sets, otherwise gymnastics can only do harm.

BODYFLEX

This technique is incredibly attractive in women. After all, it allows you to lose extra pounds without resorting to exhausting diets or exercise. Its author Greer Childers is a woman who lost weight after giving birth with just breathing. It takes only 15 minutes a day, but the benefits of exercise are much greater than those of diets and sports. This technology is suitable for women who do not have time for the gym or do not have the opportunity to go on a diet. The basis of the method is aerobic breathing and stretching. When exercising, the body is saturated with oxygen, which burns fat, and the muscles tense up and become elastic. Bodyflex is designed for people of any age. Breathing techniques for weight loss are best done in the morning, but any time will do. The main thing is 2 hours after eating.

Bodyflex includes several exercises, each of which allows you to fight excess weight, sagging skin or wrinkles. The breathing technique is performed in a certain position - as if you are going to sit on a chair. The pelvis needs to be taken back, put your feet shoulder-width apart, bend over and rest your hands on your hips. Then slowly exhale through the mouth, quickly and sharply inhale through the nose. After that, the air must be pushed out of the lungs with force, straining the diaphragm. Then we draw in the stomach and count to ourselves to 10. Now you can inhale.

In combination with stretching and exercises on the muscles of the face, an incredible effect is achieved. Centimeters are reduced, and the body becomes elastic and flexible.

BUTEYKO RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

Novosibirsk doctor Konstantin Buteyko uses a completely different technique. According to his research, diseases do not occur due to a lack of oxygen in the body, but because of its excess. We release carbon dioxide that we think is harmful too quickly, so disease appears. According to Buteyko, shallow breathing should be practiced. His method allows you to get rid of bronchial asthma, diabetes, heart disease and metabolic disorders.

Gymnastics should be performed under the supervision of a specialist. To prescribe exercises, you need to undergo an assessment of lung function, measure the pulse, and calculate the control pause. The latter represents the time from inhalation to the subsequent desire to inhale. The normal control pause is 60 seconds or more. Another reason to exercise under medical supervision is the cleansing response. A person may feel unwell, accompanied by fever, vomiting and pain. However, Buteyko calls to consider this effect as a norm. Although modern scientists disagreed. Some believe that the technique is dangerous for the respiratory center, and British scientists consider shallow breathing effective and efficient.

LEO KOFFLER'S THREE-PHASE BREATHING SYSTEM

Leo Kofler- Opera singer. He developed his technique at the end of the 19th century. Then Kofler suffered tuberculosis, because of which he left the stage. To get back to what he loves, Kofler developed set of breathing exercises which allowed him to get rid of tuberculosis.

His three-phase breathing system allows you to recover not only from consumption, but also from other lung diseases. This technique was supplemented, after which it was called the Kofler-Lobanova-Lukyanova method. The basis of the respiratory system is the training of the respiratory apparatus.

Three-phase breathing begins with exhalation. Only half of the air comes out of the lungs, then a pause follows. The pause must be kept until the body has a desire to inhale. After that, inhale through the nose and exhale. There is no pause between inhalation and exhalation. Exercises should be performed while standing, straightening your back.

  • The first exercise - exhalation is accompanied by the sound "pff", which should go smoothly and smoothly.
  • The second exercise is to accompany the exhalation with the sound “sss”. At the same time, the lips are parted in a half smile. The sound should also be smooth, not interrupted. After this exercise, you need to repeat the first.
  • The third exercise is to pronounce the sound “zhzhzh” on the exhale. In this case, the teeth need to be compressed, and the lips - stretched. The hand can be placed on the chest to feel the vibration. After completion, the “pff” exercise begins again.
  • The fourth exercise is similar to "sss", but you need to pronounce the sound "zzz".

This complex helps to train a uniform exhalation. Also, the Kofler-Lobanova-Lukyanova method includes the elimination of nasal overtones, the development of the muscles of the pharynx and an economical exhalation. The system allows you to expand the volume of the lungs, learn to sing or speak while performing rhythmic movements. This is especially true for singers who, during performances, must both dance and sing at the same time. Also, the technique allows you to cope with pulmonary diseases.

REBEFING

American Leonard Orr created a technique to get rid of negative thoughts. The term "rebirthing" itself comes from the English "rebirthing", which means "rebirth".

According to Orr, a person experiences a birth trauma, which is deposited in the subconscious, negatively affecting his subsequent life. With the help of breathing, Orr offers to get rid of this trauma, as well as negative events that have an overwhelming effect on us. Rebirthing is a deeper method that includes not only breathing techniques, but also philosophy, a positive attitude. But this technique is controversial, because so far there have been no studies confirming its effectiveness.

Exercises should be performed under the supervision of a professional, but then, when a person learns to breathe correctly, you can do them yourself. This breathing technique for relaxation combines the frequency and depth of breathing, each exercise corresponds to a different psychological state. For example, slow deep breathing is designed to reduce negative emotions, to allow the body and mind to relax. And fast shallow breathing crushes all experiences so that you can quickly get rid of them. Exercises need to be performed to special music, setting yourself up in a positive way.

VAYVATION

Rebirthing technique has been improved Jim Leonard And Phil Louth. They also believed that a person should be freed from negative experiences. But at the same time, you need to help him cope with the experiences that appear during the breathing exercises. The English word "vivation" has the Latin root "viva". Viva means "life".

The technique involves a calm and free cycle of inhalation and exhalation, between which there is no pause. If the inhalation is through the mouth, then the exhalation will be through the mouth. If a person inhales through the nose, then he should exhale in the same way. Vaivation includes three classes of breathing - deep slow, deep fast and shallow fast. This technique allows a person to realize himself in the world with his feelings, to achieve harmony. There are 5 elements in total:

  • cyclic breathing;
  • complete relaxation;
  • detailed awareness;
  • integration into ecstasy;
  • do what you do, desire is enough

HOLONOTROPIC BREATHING

The method was developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof in the 1970s. Their discovery was connected with the prohibition of LSD, and at that time, many of Stanislav's studies were based on the expansion of consciousness.

Holotropic breathing is shallow breathing. As a result, carbon dioxide is washed out of the blood, which causes vasoconstriction of the brain. This contributes to the appearance of hallucinations, memories from the past. As a result, a person is able to move to the transpersonal level. Holotropic Breathwork has been widely criticized because of the potential for brain cells to die during exercise. Breathing itself does not have a clear instruction - it is more frequent than normal breathing and more superficial. The technique is performed in pairs - one breathes, and the second performs the function of a sitter. During holotropic breathing, specific music is played, designed to move to a transpersonal level. One session lasts about two hours.

RESPIRATORY SYSTEM ACCORDING TO Yu.I. PERSHINA

The foundation Pershin's method- these are improved methods of Kofler, Buteyko and Strelnikova. The respiratory system allows you to saturate the internal organs with oxygen, because. the amount of carbon dioxide in the blood increases.

The technique helps to get rid of headaches, allergies, toxins, fights sciatica, heart disease and overweight. Breathing according to Pershin should be shallow, a pause is made between exhalation and inhalation, which allows you to increase the amount of carbon dioxide in the blood. Exhalations and inhalations are carried out through the nose. The system includes exercises for different zones - the genital area, the spine area, the cervical region, and so on. The set of exercises is quite large.

Many breathing techniques modernize or repeat existing ones. For example, the Bulanov method takes the Buteyko system as a basis, but makes it more rigid. The pause between exhalation and inhalation is as long as a person can withstand, close to suffocation. Method E.V. Streltsova is based on yoga breathing. A significant part of the exercises is performed only under the supervision of specialists, otherwise breathing practices can harm.

General principles of breathing exercises

If you have settled on the system that you can perform on your own, then you should follow a few rules in order for the exercises to be effective.

  • You need to start easy, especially for beginners. Do not overdo it, otherwise it will cause harm.
  • Exercises should be performed in accordance with the individual rhythm. Each system has its own characteristics, it is possible to simplify an overly complicated approach. But the simplification must comply with the rules.
  • Dizziness is a frequent companion of breathing practices. You shouldn't be afraid of it. Experts are aware of this effect, so they give advice on reducing the load, increasing the pause between sets.
  • Other uncomfortable sensations may be associated with improper exercise.
  • Gymnastics is best done outdoors. If this is not possible, then ventilate the room well.
  • If breathing practice should be performed only under the supervision of a specialist, then you can not self-medicate. Otherwise, it will lead to a worsening of the condition.

Proper breathing really works wonders. But before choosing a set of breathing exercises for yourself, you should consult a professional. There may be a specific technique for you. Do not be skeptical about breathing exercises. This technique has been known since ancient times, it really allows you to get rid of mental and physical ailments. The main thing is a competent approach.

Ecology of life. Health: In the process of work, it is very important to constantly maintain your vitality. Consciousness helps...

Saturating - to wake up

From the first minute after waking up, while still in bed, bring yourself into an active state: tune in to the tip of your nose and, as if sniffing in search of frosty freshness, take a few breaths and exhales. Emphasis on inhalation, with the awareness that you are inhaling fresh, pleasant energy. It is a satiating breath.

Watch how the energy flows through the airways, flows into the lungs, fills and warms them.

After a few minutes, you will feel a tingling or tingling sensation at the tip of your nose. The substance flowing inward begins to fill the lungs, and then the skin with energy - this is felt as a slight chill inside and outside the body.

The effect is simply wonderful, as if filled with strength, vivacity. Sleep in no eye! With pleasure you get out of bed, charged with active energy.

Purposeful

If you have time, do gymnastics with purposeful breathing. As a result of repeated breathing exercises, you will learn to saturate the body with oxygen and energy. The muscles that are involved in breathing become obedient, the skeletal system becomes lighter, the blood becomes saturated, the brain becomes active. The whole body is renewed and rejuvenated. After exercise, you seem to have wings growing behind your back.

For example, when bending back, inhale, when bending forward, exhale. At the same time, try to tune in to the flow of the inhaled substance through the spine.

It is very natural for the body to combine movements with such breathing, so doing them is easy and pleasant. The movements may be different, but be sure to accompany them with breathing through the body.

In the same way, you can "breathe" the head, arms, legs - learn as you practice. Since breathing is the attraction of energy to the area on which we are concentrating, any fatigue instantly disappears.

Tonic, or "wave"

In the process of work, it is very important to constantly maintain your vitality. Consciousness will help wave breathing.

  • First, tune in to your natural breathing and observe for a few minutes how the inhalation-exhalation occurs.
  • Then, while inhaling, as if open the "gates" inside the body in the perineum, abdomen, diaphragm, chest.
  • Expanding them as you pass the breath from the bottom up, skip the "wave" of the inhaled substance.
  • As you exhale, squeeze the perineum, lower abdomen, and chest alternately.

If there is a feeling that breathing is difficult somewhere, you need to focus on this zone and “breathe” it for a longer time until you feel free.

What does it give? Constant energy, active attention, efficiency without unnecessary energy losses, etc.

“Wave” breathing increases blood flow and can provide invaluable assistance in cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, coronary artery disease), vegetative dystonia, and problems in the female and male genital area (there is a “wave” massage of the pelvic organs).

In case of disorders in the gastrointestinal tract (gastritis, ulcers), the “wave” blurs and heals the lesions.

In critical situations, when you urgently need to concentrate and solve a number of problems, and you are sick or very tired, it is enough to breathe a “wave” or “cleansing breath” to bring yourself to a working state.

Purifying - for the city

There is a way to feel comfortable even in the most brutal crush on the subway during rush hour - with the help of "cleansing" breathing.

Stick the tip of your nose up as far as possible, mentally tune in to a pleasant aroma, for example, roses or vanilla, and calmly inhale it into yourself, remaining indifferent to the surrounding smells.

Another option with a cleansing effect is breathing with sharp inhalations and exhalations with jerks from the lower abdomen. Of course, it is better to train at home. And then in any polluted environment (especially in the polluted atmosphere of big cities) always use cleansing breath, this will save you from respiratory diseases, asthma, cardiovascular and brain disorders.

From problems and clamps

If it is necessary to urgently solve some problems - professional, family, personal, in any conflict, the first thing a person experiences is a breath hold. We, as it were, “package” our problem, creating an energy block. First, breathing is blocked somewhere, then the blood flow is abruptly interrupted, and then it beats in a wave to all organs. Hence heart attacks, strokes, the consequences of severe stress ...

An invaluable way to prevent dangerous consequences is to breathe with slight delays on inhalation or exhalation, depending on the situation.

Conscious delays allow you to detect spasms in certain areas of your body, that is, breathing with delays reveals internal energy blocks, “unpacks” them. The released energy flows through your body again, washes it, revitalizes it, heals it.

Relaxing - at night

A hard day is over. Tomorrow will be no less eventful, so you need to have a good rest. Take a shower before bed to wash away all the accumulated information. In bed, lie on your back, legs slightly apart, at a distance of 15-20 cm. Place your hands on your hips or along your body, as convenient.

Tune in to soft shallow breathing with your whole skin. Try to leave the consciousness inside the body. Skin cells begin to breathe and, like a sponge, absorb life-giving ethereal substances from the surrounding space.

At this moment, you will feel relaxation, warmth, lightness in the body. If you notice tension in some area, then concentrate and "breathe" it.

Your sleep will be strong, healthy, and waking up easy.

Reviving life

Breathing is the most effective remedy, and the simplest. It is only important to start it. But if you want to get stable and maximum results, give your breath a lot of time and attention.

Knowing how to regulate your breathing, you can gain control over all the processes occurring in the body.

Against the background of energy breathing, loads are easily transferred, and any problems begin to be solved. With all the power of breathing, “litter”, “stagnant processes”, “tense knots” left by diseases, mental and physical injuries are swept away, and immediately a new vitality is filled. Breathing revives, allows you to return the lost, to get the power and strength of life. published

In its deepest essence, all breathing practices work in the same way - by increasing the flow of energy through the human body, his consciousnessexpands, activates his pineal gland, the hormone DMT is released into the blood (dimethyltryptamine related to other tryptamine compounds such as LSD, psilocin, psilocybin, serotonin).

Pranayama
In its original form pranayama, practiced by yogis for thousands of years, are most often performed alone on a regular basis. That is, day after day, by practicing, you increase your level of consciousness, cleansing your body, and the level of your happiness and harmony with the world is steadily growing. Almost always, breathing is carried out without musical accompaniment through the nose; the most powerful pranayamas are nadi shodhana and bhastrika pranayama of the diaphragm type. At its core, both holotropic breathing and rebirthing are bhastrika pranayama performed in a supine position through the mouth to special music.

Rebirthing

Rebirthing was invented by Leonard Orr after learning pranayama from Indian yogis and involves collective breathing to rhythmic music, the structure of the musical accompaniment is not clearly marked. The person lies on their back or sits, and breathes frequently using several types of breathing, while the facilitator sets the topic of study, as if leading the person through his personal experience. This technique can be performed alone, with reduced efficiency.

The main disadvantage of this method is that the leader determines the experience that the group should live at the moment. Each person is unique, and forcing them to experience that the facilitator tells them to focus on, experiences that the participant does not necessarily have to live at the moment, is unenvironmental and often limiting.

Holotropic Breathwork
Holotropic Breathwork was developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof based on rebirthing. The main element of the holotropic session is deep and frequent breathing like bhastrika pranayama (bellows breathing), as well as musical accompaniment. A person from the first minute breathes deeply and often, very loud music serves as a catalyst for experiences and brings the group, as it were, on the same wavelength. Music has a certain structure that allows you to experience much deeper experiences than rebirthing.

Initially, holotropic breathing was practiced in large groups, in which all participants breathed at the same time. But somehow Grof felt pain in his back and did not want to go down to the participants of the holotropic session, so he told the group to split into 2 halves, the first half, "holonauts", breathed, the second, "sitters" - followed the first. That is, each of the sitters sat next to the breathing holonaut, followed his experience and empathized in every possible way, as a result of which the effectiveness of the method increased. Since then, during holotropic breathing, all participants were divided into holonauts and sitters, and then changed places.

HOW TO BREATH CORRECTLY

Inhale through your mouth, sticking out your belly; ending protruding belly, begin to expand the chest forward and up. At the end of this movement, pull your collarbones and shoulders towards your head. This is one full breath.

The whole process should be one continuous movement, in which each phase of the breath should pass without noticeable interval into another, without any jerks or unnecessary tension. Your breathing should be like waves on the surface of the sea, the rest of the body should be relaxed. Now start exhaling.

First, relax your shoulders and collarbones. Then let your chest move down towards your legs and then inward. After that, the area of the diaphragm and abdominals relaxes, and the stomach itself is drawn in towards the spine. During the breathing session, the mouth is always open, and breathing is carried out through it, inhalation and exhalation occur without pauses, everything is in one continuous wave movement.

After sufficient practice you will find that breathing will come naturally. No effort required. The above type of breathing is used by beginners to liberate the respiratory muscles; after working through them, breathing ceases to be controlled by the mind and takes on even more unusual forms - when the expansion of the chest and the movement of the shoulders occurs on exhalation due to air compression in the chest when the diaphragm moves up. This type of breathing cannot be learned through training, trying to control it - it comes by itself during the breathing session.

As you have already understood, most people have difficulty with deep breathing, because they have a large collection of various psychosomatic blocks that manifest themselves as muscle spasms. Thus, trying to inhale a large volume of air, a person has to expend a large amount of effort of some muscles aimed at overcoming the spasm of others. Metaphorically speaking, a person is not able to "breathe deeply." This effect, as a rule, has roots in early childhood and manifests itself as a desire to control one's behavior and the world around, and as a result, a person constantly unconsciously controls his own breathing. Over time, when a person’s blocks are “breathed through” and muscle spasms go away, the flow of breath becomes as free and pleasant as possible, the body seems to breathe on its own without the control of the mind, giving great pleasure to the breather. Therefore, at the first stage, the task of the breather is simply to inhale and exhale the air flow as intensely as possible (deeply and often), but at the same time not to try to control the chest and abdominals with the diaphragm. At the same time, unlike bhastrika pranayama, breathing is performed through the mouth and in a supine position.

It is very useful to perform diaphragmatic bhastrika pranayama before a breathing session, when abdominal breathing is trained and a person gains experience in using those muscles of the body that he had hardly used before. It is performed in a sitting position (foot position - in Turkish, half lotus or lotus). Place one hand on your stomach near your navel. This will help you make sure your belly is actually moving back and forth. Take a full breath. Remember that it is the movement of the diaphragm that allows abdominal breathing. Exhaling, you feel that your stomach is contracting; the navel moves towards the spine. In the final stage of expiration, the diaphragm will be fully contracted and curved upward into the chest cavity. Then inhale. Try not to expand your chest or move your shoulders. Feel your belly expand and your navel move forward as far as it will go. Then exhale again, drawing in the stomach to the end. Again try to feel the movement of the navel towards the spine. At the end of the exhalation, the abdomen will contract and the navel will be pulled in as much as possible. This is one cycle of abdominal breathing.

If you add Apana-kriya “tri-bandha” from Himalayan yoga to abdominal breathing, along with the closing of a small microscopic orbit from qigong (maha-mudra in yoga) and meditation on the divine vessel from kriya yoga (shambhavi-mudra), the effectiveness of pranayama grows many times, allowing a very high quality to prepare the body and consciousness of a person for a breathing session, giving him the experience of the states necessary for deep immersion.

STRUCTURE OF THE BREATHING SESSION

In total, the session lasts from two to three hours, while the intensive breathing period can last from one to two hours, depending on the level of the participants.

Before the session, pranayamas are very useful for activating deep breathing with the involvement of the abdominal press and for pruning body - this greatly increases the effectiveness of the breathing session. It is important that the person is not hungry and empties the bladder, while his stomach must have time to digest food, because this can interfere with deep breathing quite strongly. Participants wear blindfolds to eliminate the temptation during the session to check whether the familiar reality is still in place.

The session begins with relaxation of the whole body and meditation to stop the internal dialogue to meditative music, after which the first phase of breathing smoothly passes, which, by the nature of the effects, corresponds to the first perinatal matrix. In the beginning, the person always lies on his back in the “corpse pose” (shavasana). The music is rhythmic, positive, ethnic, leading forward, its task is to help people breathe and start immersing. Here you may experience a feeling of drying up of the throat, you should not pay attention to this - very soon it will be the most insignificant problem of the breather :) At 10-20 minutes, you may experience a feeling of falling through, an image of a cliff, a wall, an abyss, a border separating the familiar world from the unfamiliar. It is very important to take this step into the unknown, to go beyond the boundaries of the comfort zone, like a child taking the first step. If you want to get something new - then do something that you have not done before. At this stage, beginners often experience spasms of the body - you should just take them and not try to take control of the muscles, but only increase the intensity of breathing, thereby enhancing the effect of spasms.

The second phase of breathing is characterized by more rhythmic, trance and aggressive music, shamanic tambourines and drums, and a goa trance is also possible towards the end. In terms of the nature of the experiences, this stage corresponds to the second perinatal matrix; aggressive drums in their nature sometimes resemble uterine contractions during childbirth. Sometimes music can seem unpleasant, repressed emotions and experiences emerge, which are also important to accept and not resist their manifestations. Often participants feel the urge to dance to the music, moving their bodies to the rhythm of the music. You should not resist these manifestations, allowing the body to "dance" the blocks, as it were, by analogy with dance-movement therapy or dancing to psychedelic music.

During the third phase, emotionally charged music is present, provoking catharsis, purification and inner transformation. It corresponds to the third perinatal matrix - it is a feeling of movement along the channel, light, freedom. Often there are laughter, tears, sometimes screams. Typically, out-of-body experiences, religious experiences, and mystical experiences begin during this phase. It is very important to understand that no matter how far you are carried away, you will always be returned to the body, no matter how much you would like it. You will stick around on Earth until you are fully realized. Therefore, do not limit yourself to travel.

In the fourth phase, the music no longer carries any strong rhythms and emotions, it is aimed at the acceptance and integration of experience, corresponding to the fourth perinatal matrix. There may be sounds of nature and heartbeats woven into the musical sequence. Participants who have completed their experience can simply lie down and observe their inner world, those whose experience is still ongoing can continue breathing until the end of the journey. Sometimes people fall asleep (as a rule, after a strong emotional discharge), or, being in a light trance state, “fly away” far away from the body, observe unusual visual effects, sometimes with the effect of synesthesia (comprehension of music through the visual channel of perception).

After the end of the session, it is important to eat easily digestible food so that it can be digested before the next one, followed by a discussion stage, during which the participants talk about their experience, recognizing and integrating it at the level of the mind.

EFFECT SEQUENCE

The sequence of effects that appear during breathing sessions following one another can be conveniently described using the chakra model of human consciousness. This division is very approximate and reflects only the most common patterns of manifestation of effects - depending on the breather, they may vary. Not every person will experience everything that is written below, but often a person is able to experience something unique. In any case, the depth and speed of movement towards one's true Self is unique and depends on the experience of previous spiritual practices, the degree of consciousness overload with limiting beliefs, the strength of mind control, mood and desire to change, as well as the experience of the soul. Someone flies away from the body from the first session of breathing, and someone needs more than one seminar. It is important to understand that everyone is able to reach deep levels of experience - only the motivation to continue is important here.

Physical (first) level - Muladhara.
Approximately 10 minutes after the start of active breathing, a person breathing for the first time almost always begins to show the so-called carpopedal spasms - slight numbness, loss of control, spasms or pain in various parts of the body. Most often it is the arms, legs, face and throat.

Spasms in the hands indicate that a person is prone to constant self-control, as well as control of the world around him and people in particular. This manifests itself as an inability to enjoy simple things in the form of nature, unconditional love, the inability to relax during sex, the desire to control, suppress, remake and not accept loved ones (children, relatives, partners), the desire to assert oneself and have power over others (fear of losing control) . A person, metaphorically speaking, constantly "holds himself in hand."

Leg cramps most often indicate sexual inhibitions dating back to adolescence and childhood and are more common in women (about 60 percent of women have problems with orgasm).

Spasms of the face - the property of a person to "wear a mask" in front of others and himself. This is a disbelief in oneself, a desire to play, hiding one's true essence. Most people are even unfamiliar with their true essence, trying to occupy every minute of their lives with some action or drinking alcohol, so as not to be alone with their thoughts.

Spasms of the lips and throat - the desire to control your speech, not wanting others to know your true thoughts.

As a rule, within one or two sessions, these effects are worked out and no longer return, spasmodic muscles relax, energy begins to flow through them more freely. There are cases of the return of physical effects in a weakened state if the source that creates them continues to be present in a person's life and influence him.

Any pain is a signal from the body that something is wrong in that area of the body. You don't create pain in your body while breathing - you start to feel the pain in your body that you have accumulated throughout your life. Man is a creature that gets used to everything, and you are so used to spasms in your body that you simply stopped noticing them. During the breathing session, the study of spasms and clamps goes through their intensification: it hurts you - in no case do you try to regain control over the muscles or do not try to stretch them, but you start breathing even harder, thereby increasing pain and discomfort, and in some At that moment they abruptly disappear and never come back. Sometimes it is useful to visualize the flow of energy and love for the source of tension, the realization that at the moment you are working and healing your body, and feeling joy about this.

Emotional (second) level- Swadhisthana.
Following the working out of physical blocks in the body, as a result, repressed emotions begin to appear. Everything that you once wanted to live, but did not live through, laughter, tears, screams, love, hatred, acceptance and non-acceptance, everything that you wanted to show, but for some reason did not appear, begins to emerge in your mind . Here there is a study of traumas of a sexual nature, your positioning in a human pack, patterns of behavior with the opposite sex (submission and dominance), as well as unfulfilled desires. The person feels purified and transformed.

You can remember the first sexual experience, episodes from early childhood, the moment of birth and intrauterine development. Here you can live your birth again consciously, both as a child and as a mother who gives birth to him, sometimes in both roles at the same time.

The best thing you can do is not to limit in any way all the emotions that manifest through you. Working through also goes through strengthening - if you are afraid, you breathe even more intensively, fear intensifies and at some point integrates and disappears. Any fear, in fact, is a rejection of a part of oneself and, as a result, a part of the world. The consequence of this is the schizophrenia of human consciousness, when various programs of divided consciousness require from a person actions that contradict each other. You dream of one thing, think of another, do a third, and get a fourth - a familiar situation? During the processing of fear, you accept that part of the personality that you previously did not accept, and your consciousness becomes more complete and whole. Therefore, there is no need to fight fears - they must be loved and accepted.

Also, starting from this level, people are sometimes able to experience energy orgasms, moreover, at the level of any of the chakras. This sensation is much stronger and more intense than the usual orgasm during sex.

Mental (third) level - Manipura.
After the main physical and emotional clamps leave the body and consciousness of a person (usually forever), breathing becomes freer, but still requires control from the mind. The human body is already more or less relaxed, all the most uncomfortable is left behind, and then there is a re-awareness of the patterns of the human mind.

If you were unlucky with a developed environment in childhood, then from the very moment you appeared in this world (I want to emphasize - not birth, but appearance - the impact is still inside the mother's belly), you are the object of destructive programming by parents and society. What almost all people think of as their "I" is actually a product of environmental programming, a set of slogans, programs, copied opinions, fears, imprints, conditioned experiences. And while a person has not yet begun a spiritual awakening, he is only able to react to the world around him, but not influence it in any way, because any of his actions are conditioned by the program of his false ego. Most of the population of the Earth has never gone beyond their mind, being a prisoner of an instrument called Ego, identifying themselves with it.

Many long-forgotten memories from life can come up here, associated with previously worked out physical-emotional blocks, which are now perceived on a conscious level, when, already having such a tool as an adult developed mind, a person re-realizes, re-programs himself, re-realizing traumatic episodes.

At the stage of releasing control of the mind, many of the participants decide to stop their development, believing that the result of the effectiveness of the practice is the level of physical and emotional "collapse". When nothing seems to be happening, the promised “cartoons” and pleasure never come, and, after working through the first two levels, life changes in a very positive way. Here it is important not to stop and to breathe more and more intensely - and in any case, there will come a moment of releasing the control of the mind, when the body begins to breathe on its own, being a conductor of the flow of breath, the control goes away, a pleasant vibration and warmth spread through the body.

If you imagine human experience as a labyrinth and the mind as a prisoner of this labyrinth that wanders in search of a way out, then while breathing you are able to rise above the level of the mind, as if looking at this labyrinth from the side, observing all the patterns by which this mind functions, discover the causes of failures and find a way out of many life situations. If you constantly tend to do the same things, you will get the same consequences. In order to change your behavior, you need to do something new, go beyond the boundaries of your comfort zone and get a new result.

Here you meet your false self, reevaluate your life and your role in society, realize your goals, dreams, desires and the fact that most of them are imposed.

Level of unconditional love (fourth)- Anahata.
After a person goes beyond the mind, which loses control over the body and emotions, the body begins to breathe on its own without any control, the internal dialogue stops, and the breather plunges into the flow of endless bliss, acceptance and love. For a person who experiences this state for the first time, it seems that this is the greatest pleasure that he can ever experience. Often in the chest area there is a feeling of burning and a blossoming flower (lotus), a person is reborn, his worldview finally changes towards accepting himself and the world. The desire for beauty, harmony, balance is manifested, the ability to see beauty in others, in the world around us, in nature is acquired, this is the joy of moving in the stream, love devoid of hatred, this is the love of a mother for a child being born, the love of a child for his mother.

The world of anahata-chakra is the search for love, the search for beauty in everything that catches your eye, the feeling of beauty and merging with it. If for Svadhisthana love is a burning passion, strong attachment (what I want), for Manipura love is the imposition of good on others, if love on the lower centers always exists together with hatred, then Anahata love is pure perception, the joy of melody, rhythm. On anahata there are no opposites (duality) - good and evil, good and bad. On anahata, there are only rhythms, melodies, harmonies, and opposites are taken together as complementary. Anahata-chakra does not set goals, anahata sees beauty everywhere, anahata follows beauty, and on anahata everything turns out by itself, without logical reasoning, without struggle. When an anahata suddenly opens in a person with problems in Manipura, he suddenly notices that recognition by others comes by itself, without artificial quirks, ingenuity and self-exhibition - and this comes as soon as there is a feeling, a vision of others. Those problems that required many years of hard work are suddenly solved by themselves. Those goals that required the struggle and perseverance of svadhisthana are unexpectedly achieved without bloodshed, simply and naturally. A person with a strong anahata rejoices in everything - whatever he does, wherever he is; he perceives not goals, not achievements, but the process itself, an endless rhythm, endless music in which one theme is smoothly replaced by another.

A common mistake is to "hang" the breather at this level, not wanting to move on. No matter how beautiful this state is, there are always states of a higher order that give an even higher level of awareness.

Creative (fifth) level - Vishuddha.

Further, with the activation of the creative center, a person begins to experience intuitive insights, information, as it were, comes from outside - when there is no one who asks, but there is a flow of knowledge, the reliability of which is beyond doubt; a person acquires the ability to see the very essence, he discovers in himself the center of creative insight, the center of ecstasy, the center of prophetic visions, the center of talent. It is the ability to lead and persuade people with the voice.

Vishuddha is a vision of the cornerstones on which a huge building can be erected, it is a vision of sick points, hitting which you can bring down a large complex and slender machine, these are the “highlights” that give the work of art the character of a genius, these are finds, these are brilliant ideas . Vishuddha is a vision of disharmony in a complex rhythm, it is the ability to correct disharmony with one movement. This is an unmistakable search for a way out of a confusing situation, this is a surge, this is super-understanding and focus on the main thing.

This center awakens inner vibrations. It is as if the sound moved by our breath reveals our expression of the music of the stars. You begin to understand the structure of the world, society and human consciousness, the structure of your own consciousness, knowledge fills you from the inside. Listening to the inner voice, the song that arises in the heart, the vibration, resonating, expressing, harmonizing, synchronizing, taking us further and further to the truth that is contained within us and the truth that we find outside. When this center is activated, the best music is written - music that leads to ecstasy; she is an engine of talent. Vishuddha in religion is illumination. The path to the discovery of vishuddha is the entrance to ecstasy from singing prayers and mantras, from ritual dances, from meditation.

The level of superintuition (sixth) is Ajna.
Following intuitive insights, a person begins to go through a variety of transpersonal experiences. This is an exit from the body, identification with archetypes, egregors, gods and goddesses, animals, entities and planets. A person is temporarily able to experience the experience of other people, to leave the body and observe it from the side, to see the divine light. When the Ajna (third eye) is opened, a person acquires the ability to see as if from the outside, systematize knowledge, lay out, structure, but the skill is unconscious, which is carried out without any emotions, reactions, reasoning. A person is able to gain access to universal, deep ideas about the universe.

The Ajna Chakra works strongly and stably with great life experience - then a person, as it turns out, knows much more than what he has seen and experienced in his life. Intuition tells him the solution in those situations in which he has never been. He knows “everything”, he sees even the little things, subtleties, particulars that he could not meet before. With a strong chakra, you can accurately predict the future, you can see what is happening to other people. Where do these superpowers come from? In addition to information that we perceive directly, realize and feel, there is also information that is perceived automatically, bypassing the mind, what is called the sixth sense, contact with the higher Self, and a person involuntarily turns out to be aware of more than what he saw and what studied. Ajna-chakra is an apparatus of intellectual perception of the entire world, the ability to see the internal structure in the world, but not realizing it. Ajna knowledge is pure knowledge that has no practical orientation - it is simply a transmission of a vision of the world as it is, a vision, as it were, from the outside, objectively, dispassionately. During breathing, a person who has reached the level of stimulation of the opening of ajna often feels a pulsation, burning in the forehead or in the back of the head, and sometimes feels the blooming of a flower in the forehead or sees the image of a large eye in a triangle (the archetype of the all-seeing eye).

The opening of the ajna chakra leads to the opening of the highest center - the sahasrara chakra.

Level of divine consciousness (seventh) - Sahasrara.
When this level is activated during intense breathing, a person begins to experience an experience similar to the experience of near death. A tunnel is often seen, a light at the end of it, toward which it is moving. Stars and a view of the Earth from space are often observed. At the end of the tunnel, the human soul reunites with the Creator, dissolving in it, remembering and finding its true essence. A person can realize his mission on Earth, why he came to this body and in what direction he has to move.

Often there are visions of the intertwining of two streams of energy, which corresponds to the raising of energy through the channels of ida and pingala, passing through all the chakras from the first to the sixth; there is a manifestation of a gentle rise in kundalini energy (the feeling of a column of fire rising along the spine), burning and vibration in the crown area, seeing countless eyes around, perceiving the surrounding reality as a whole without a specific angle, awareness of oneself as the creator of every moment of reality, awareness that God looks at the world through millions of eyes and self-awareness, looking at the creator through the human body.

Sahasrara - the ability to control, balance, create, be a god, omniscient, omnipresent and manage a complex mechanism - a state, a ministry, a religious tradition, a scientific direction, conduct an orchestra, build palaces and cities. A person on the Sahasrara Chakra himself becomes a bit of a Creator, he loses the sense of the boundary between himself and the Universe, and constantly actively renews the world, and the world itself obeys him, naturally following his path. Another quality of sahasrara is great trust in the world, like the trust of a child. Thus, higher creativity turns out to be connected with higher trust - the boundaries between me and the world disappear in both directions. As I can create the world, so the world can create me. Sahasrara is sometimes temporarily opened during severe catastrophes - then a person surrenders himself to the will of fate and hopes for God's help. A person falls into the same state when he comes to another, unfamiliar world open and full of trust. Sahasrara is the chakra of a newborn who directly perceives the world. A creative impact on the world of the strong is possible only in a state of complete openness.

But we, drowning in the daily bustle, cannot even imagine what worlds open up with the improvement of our consciousness, the possibilities of which are truly unlimited. Let some think that this is an approach to God, others - that this is heavenly bliss, the third - Nirvana, the fourth - Immortality. What will be further Path - the Path itself will show.
