2. Payment security

3. Formation of prices and request for an invoice for payment

Payment for tourist services occurs in Belarusian rubles at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the day of invoice + 2%, unless otherwise specified in the contract for the provision of tourist services. 4. Procedure for ordering a service

Most travel packages are listed in the search engine on the “tour search” page. Having chosen the hotel that suits you, as well as the date and duration of your stay, click the “book” button. Fill out the order form and expect an invoice and a link to pay for the tour to the email address specified in the order form.

5. Procedure for payment for tourist services

  2. Fill out the order form.
  3. You will receive a contract, invoice and payment link to your email address.
  4. Follow the link to the secure payment page and enter your bank card details.
  5. Expect to receive a booking sheet with the details of your trip after confirmation of availability by email.
  6. You are expecting to receive electronic documents for air travel, transfer and hotel accommodation, an insurance policy, additional instructions, etc. Also, all this can be received in our office, by courier, or at the airport of departure by agreement.

6. Procedure for confirming a reservation and debiting funds

After paying for the tour according to the invoice issued by us, the funds on your card account are not debited, but are only temporarily blocked until we receive final confirmation of availability from the tour operator, host travel company, airline, hotel. After confirmation is received, the funds are debited. Receipt of confirmation, as a rule, occurs within 1 business day, but no later than 3 days.

If the tour is not confirmed (there are no available seats), the blocking of funds on your card is removed within 1 banking day and the funds become available within the period specified by your bank (usually within 3 banking days), or, at your request , we agree on changes in travel details: choose another hotel, departure date, duration. After this, we issue an invoice again, taking into account the previously paid amount. Refund of the difference in funds (if the cost of a new booking of services is lower than the original) occurs after receiving confirmation of the availability of seats for a new order from TravelHouse company partners within 1 banking day.

Within 1 business day after confirming the availability of seats and successful debiting of funds, you will receive a reservation sheet with the details of your trip to the e-mail you specified earlier in the order form.

7. Receiving documents for paid tourist services

No later than one day before the start date of the tour, you also receive electronic documents for the services indicated in the invoice: as a rule, these are electronic air tickets, electronic vouchers for transfers and hotel check-in, an insurance policy, etc. You can also pick up these documents in printed form at our office. Upon agreement, documents can be delivered by TravelHouse courier. In some cases, electronic documents are provided only at the departure airport; printing of documents is also possible after presenting your passport at the counters of our partners at the departure airport.

8. Micropayment

In some cases, especially in the case of payment from a card issued by a non-resident bank of the Republic of Belarus, or when paying from outside the Republic of Belarus, it is possible to use an additional mechanism for protecting against fraud on the Internet - “micropayment”.

The micropayment procedure is an additional protection against fraudsters. It is especially important when the delivery of the goods and the country of the payer are different. After entering the card details on the WEBPAY™ payment page, a random amount from 1 to 4 USD is blocked, which is later automatically unlocked and becomes available to the payer. The payer can find out about the amount of the blocked micropayment amount from his bank, where the card was issued, by phone, in the Internet bank, or by receiving an SMS from the bank. Then, on the special WEBPAY™ payment page, the payer enters either the micropayment amount or an authorization code. If entered correctly, payment for the product or service is allowed.

9. Refund procedure

In case of refusal to provide tourist services, the Client will be refunded the funds minus the actual costs incurred by the Contractor. If there are valid reasons for refusing purchased travel services, the Client provides official documents confirming such circumstances. Each such case is considered individually, together with partners a decision is made on the amount of refund, the refund is made to the same bank plastic card from which the payment was made within 3 banking days. Acceptance of requests for refunds, as well as claims for travel services provided, occurs no later than 30 days from the start date of the tour.

Attention! After making a payment using a bank card, you must save the received card receipts (payment confirmations received in the online store) for reconciliation with an extract from the card account (in order to confirm completed transactions in case of disputes).

How to make a payment via WEBPAY in Belarus

Let's look at how to use WEBPAY through the e-PAY service. It accepts BELKARD, VISA, MasterCard and Maestro.

Visual cues are displayed all the time (where the necessary information is indicated on the bank card).

Click “Pay”. A window appears with a receipt that you can immediately print.

Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your payment. It contains detailed information about the payment and lists help desk telephone numbers.

The fact is that the service provider for payment of utility bills is the ERIP “Calculation” system. Sending messages with a code to confirm payment is ensured by the issuing bank (the bank that issued the card). Therefore, if you have not received an SMS, we recommend that you contact the issuing bank (the support phone number is listed on the back of your card) and clarify information about sending messages.

After entering the card data and the page with information about blocking the amount and the field for entering this amount appears, you need to call the card issuing bank, say that you are trying to make a payment on a Belarusian resource, and currently the amount in dollars must be authorized on the card USA up to 4 USD. After the bank employee names this amount, you need to enter it in the input field and complete the payment. You can enter the amount either separated by a comma or by a period. You must enter not just any amount, but precisely the one that our system has blocked for verification and will be given to you by a bank employee (in US dollars). Information about the amount of the blocked amount is available only to employees of the issuing bank, as well as the rate for converting the currency of your card into US dollars.

The WEBPAY system does not charge any commission when making a payment. However, we draw your attention to the fact that some banks may impose a commission when making a payment on the Internet. We recommend that you clarify this information with your bank’s customer support service by calling the phone number indicated on the back of your card.

To cancel a payment, you must contact the service provider and clarify the cancellation information. Or you can contact the Contact Center of the "Raschet" ERIP system by phone number: 141 or write to the email address [email protected] and clarify information on canceling a payment.

The notification received is for informational purposes only and informs only that the return was carried out successfully in the WEBPAY system. The term for crediting funds to the card depends on the issuing bank (the bank that issued the card). We recommend that you check with the issuing bank for information about the timing of crediting funds to your card.

Connected online stores/sites about the “Calculation” ERIP system

When connecting, the period for testing the WEBPAY system, as well as the period for preparing a package of documents and bringing the site into compliance with the requirements, depends on you. When everything is ready for connection, we transfer the documents to OJSC “Non-Banking Credit and Financial Organization “ERIP”. Currently, documents are reviewed within 2 weeks.

Connected online stores/websites about online acquiring

There is no need to open current accounts in Belarusian rubles with WEBPAY partner banks. Only in cooperation with BPS-Sberbank OJSC is it necessary to have a current account with this bank. For Priorbank OJSC and Belagroprombank OJSC, it does not matter in which Belarusian bank the current account is opened.

You can issue invoices for clients through your WEBPAY personal account, and no additional technical settings on the site are required. If you plan to accept payments directly on the site, then you will need to configure the module (for example, as a “cart”) in accordance with the WEBPAY technical documentation.

When connecting, the period for testing the WEBPAY system, as well as the period for preparing a package of documents and bringing the site into compliance with the requirements, depends on you. When everything is ready for connection, we transfer the documents to the bank. Currently, the bank reviews documents within 3-4 weeks.

The system ensures the acceptance of payments using Visa, MasterCard and BELKART bank cards, regardless of the bank in which country in the world the card was issued. Please note that some banks may set restrictions on the cards they issue for online payments.
