For 2 servings:

  • 6 medium-sized chicken wings;
  • salt, pepper mixture to taste;
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • 1 tsp honey;

Preparation:

If you bought frozen wings or took them out of the freezer, be sure to defrost them properly. And now it’s time for the ingredients for the marinade. Add honey and soy sauce to the wings. Honey can be either liquid or thick - the most important thing is that it is of good quality and you like it to your taste.

Mix the wings with honey and soy sauce. Cover the plate with wings (with a lid, cling film or foil) and leave for 40-60 minutes so that the wings marinate.
