Ingredients

450-500 g chicken breast, 300 g fresh champignons, medium onion, 2-3 tbsp. l. sour cream, 1-2 eggs, 2-3 tbsp. l. flour, 1 clove of garlic, 20-30 g of dill, ground black pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Recipe

1. Rinse the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

2. Wash the onion, peel and finely chop.

3. Heat the frying pan, add a small amount of vegetable oil, add onions and champignons. Fry for 7-10 minutes and remove the pan from the heat, because the mushrooms need to cool.

4. While frying the onions and champignons, you can start cutting the chicken breast. Rinse the chicken breast and dry it with a paper towel. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and skin, then finely chop the resulting fillet.

5. In a deep bowl, mix: chopped chicken breast, fried champignons with onions, sour cream, eggs, finely chopped garlic and dill, flour, salt, pepper.

6. Mix thoroughly and leave the mixture to brew for 20 minutes. The consistency of the mixture should be similar to pancake batter.

7. Like pancakes, spoon the cutlets into a heated frying pan with oil.

8. Fry over low heat on both sides under the lid for about 7-10 minutes.

9. Chicken breast cutlets with champignons go well with a potato, vegetable or rice side dish.

Thanks to this, the piquant addition to this dish is the amazing taste of natural meat, and champignons contain all the vitamins and amino acids necessary for humans.

Ingredients:

1) Chicken fillet - 600 g

2) Garlic - two cloves.

3) Greens - 10 g

4) Wheat flour - 4 tablespoons

5) Ground black peppercorns - 0.2 teaspoon

6) Onion (medium size) - 1 piece.

7) Refined sunflower oil - 50 ml.

8) Chicken egg - 2 pieces.

9) Sour cream 15% - 4 tbsp. spoons.

10) Sea salt - two teaspoons.

11) Champignons - 200 g

1) Take a knife and cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces.

2) Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into cubes.

3) clean and finely chop the champignons.

4) Pour refined sunflower oil into the pan. Place finely chopped onions and chopped champignons there. Simmer the mushrooms for 10 - 15 minutes with the onions over low heat.

5) Add stewed mushrooms and onions to the early chopped chicken fillet.

6) Peel the garlic, then you will need to grind it in any way available to you. Add garlic to fillet, mushrooms and onions.

7) Break 2 raw eggs and add to the meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic.

8) Chop any greens you like, chop them finely and add to the chicken fillet, eggs, mushrooms, garlic and onions.

9) Add low-fat sour cream to the resulting mixture.
