The machine can be operated in rooms with air temperature from (plus) 10 to (plus) 400C and average monthly humidity of 80% at 250C.

The machine must be installed in premises that do not belong to explosive and fire hazardous zones according to the PUE.

2. DEVICE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The device of the machine is shown in fig. one.

Bath 15 is closed by a lifting dome 1, which moves along vertical guides 17. The dome is attached to the spring balancing mechanism).

FROM front side glass for visual control of the washing process is installed on the dome of the MPK 700K machine. There is no glass on the MPK-700K-01 machine.

Handle 2 is provided for raising and releasing the dome.

The bathroom has:

Filters to prevent large particles of food residues from entering the washing pump;

Overflow tube 16 - for draining excess water into the sewer, after rinsing;

A riser to which the lower washing 3 and rinsing 4 rotary sprinklers are attached, with the help of which the dishes are washed and rinsed;

Water level sensors;

Water temperature control sensor;

Heating element (TEN).

The top of the bath is covered with filter meshes 14 to prevent large particles of food residues from entering the bath during the washing process.

The upper washing and rinsing rotating sprinklers and lighting lamps are installed above the stand (there are no lamps in MPK-700K-01).

The base of the machine is covered with facings, and the rear wall and the control panel are removable, which allows access for inspection and repair of the units located inside the machine.

Under the bathtub, behind the control panel, there are electric pumps for washing (item 6, fig. 1) and rinsing 7 (item 7, fig. 1, absent in MPK-700K-01), a boiler (item 8, fig. 1), an electromagnetic valve and a shield assembly with electrical equipment.

On the mounting board are installed (see Fig. 2) dosing pumps for detergent (in MPK 700K-01 is absent) and rinsing solutions, a controller, starters, relays, automatic switches, thermal switches. The cartridge of one thermal switch is installed on the bath heater, and the cartridge of the second thermal switch is installed in the boiler.

On the control panel are installed:

Network button with built-in green backlight

Washing mode selection button "60" with built-in red backlight

Washing mode selection button "120" with built-in red illumination

The control buttons are connected to the controller.

The controller automatically controls the operation of the machine:

Controls the presence of water in the bath, controls the water supply to the machine;

Controls the temperature of the water in the boiler and in the bath, manages their maintenance;

Controls wash and rinse pumps;

Manages dosing pumps;

Provides automatic operation of the machine according to a given work algorithm, stopping when the dome is raised and automatic continuation of the program when the dome is lowered.

Water level control is carried out using electrodes located in the bath. When the water level in the bath is below the middle electrode, the controller issues a signal to turn on the solenoid valve - water filling. Water filling continues until the water level reaches the top electrode.

When the water level reaches the upper electrode, the controller stops filling the water and turns on the heaters of the boiler. The water in the boiler is heated to a temperature of (plus) 85ºС. Water temperature control is carried out from a sensor located in the boiler.

After heating the boiler, the controller turns on the heating elements of the bath. The water in the bath is heated to a temperature of (plus) 45ºС. Control of water temperature is carried out from the sensor located in a bathtub.

Washing is carried out according to a given work algorithm.

The washing process is divided into three stages:

1st stage - washing. It is produced with a washing solution using a pump. The pump takes the washing solution from the bath and delivers it to the upper and lower washing spray arms. Sprinklers, rotating, direct jets of washing solution onto dishes.

2nd stage - exposure. Produced to remove the remnants of the washing solution from the washing sprayers and dishes.

3rd stage - rinsing. Produced by rinsing solution coming from the boiler to the upper and lower rinsing sprinklers.

During each wash cycle, dosing devices supply a portion of detergent (there is no function in MPK-700K-01) and rinse aid, thereby maintaining a constant concentration of detergent and rinse solution.

Two operating modes of the machine are programmed:

Washing mode "60" - where washing - 60 s, exposure - 10 s and rinsing - 12;

Washing mode "120" - washing - 120 s, exposure - 10 s and rinsing -12 s.

The electrical circuit diagram is given in the appendix.

3. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

For maintenance and operation dishwasher persons who have passed the technical minimum for the operation of the equipment are allowed.

When working with a dishwasher, the following safety rules must be observed:

Do not turn on the dishwasher without grounding;

Do not leave the included dishwasher unattended;

Sanitize only after disconnecting the dishwasher from the mains;

Periodically check the serviceability of the electrical wiring and grounding device of the machine;

In case of malfunctions, call an electromechanic;

The dishwasher should only be switched on after troubleshooting.

Do not install the dishwasher closer than 1m from flammable materials;

Perform cleaning and troubleshooting while the machine is on;

Work without grounding;

Work without external protection;

Use the machine in fire and explosion hazardous areas;

Touch the heating element after the end of work for 20 minutes;

Do not use a water jet to clean the outside of the machine.

4. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

After storing the machine in a cold room or after transporting it in winter conditions, it is necessary to keep it at room temperature for at least 6 hours before connecting it to the network.

Unpacking, installation and testing of the machine should be carried out by specialists in the installation and repair of commercial and technological equipment.

The machine should be placed in a well-ventilated area, if possible, under an air-cleaning hood, to avoid the accumulation of steam in the room.

The machine must be installed in the following order:

Before installing in the intended place, remove protective film from all surfaces;

Install the machine in the appropriate place;

Adjust the height and stability of the machine using the adjustable feet so that the work surfaces are in a horizontal position;

Connect the machine to the water supply. The dishwasher is connected to the water supply system through a G 3/4" thread (solenoid valve - pos. 13 fig. 1);

Connect the machine to the sewerage system (pos. 11 fig. 1);

Ground the machine securely by connecting the ground conductor to the ground clamp, the ground conductor must be in the power cord;

Inspect the connecting devices of the electrical circuits of the machine (screw and screwless clamps), if loosening is detected, tighten or bend to normal contact pressure;

Check the insulation resistance of the machine, which must be at least 2 MΩ;

Connect the power supply to the terminal block from switchboard through a circuit breaker with combined protection with protection performance: current 32A, leakage current 30mA, for example VAK-4.

The switch must ensure guaranteed disconnection of all poles from the power supply and must be connected directly to the power terminals and have a gap between the contacts of at least 3 mm on all poles.

The nominal cross-section of the flexible supply cables must be at least 4 mm2.

To equalize the potentials when the machine is installed in the production line, a clamp is provided, marked with the sign - equipotentiality.

After installing the machine before putting it into operation, without loading kitchen utensils, carry out the washing procedure 5-6 times. Then completely drain the water from the bath into the sewer.
