Devices and software for temperature and humidity monitoring in pharmaceutical plants. Automated monitoring system for temperature and humidity in the building Systems for monitoring temperature and humidity in the room

WST (Wireless Sensor Tags) is modern technology, which makes it possible to create effective system monitoring. The basis of such a system is sensory tags of an autonomous type, which provide comprehensive information about the situation at the facility.

The temperature and humidity control system monitors the following parameters:

  • temperature;
  • relative humidity;
  • motion;
  • tilt angle;
  • illumination.

For the system to work, a tag manager is also used, which connects to the Internet and accesses each tag via a radio channel. Thanks to this, the manager can broadcast information from tags to a cloud database, which is available to any gadgets connected to the Internet.

The basic climate monitoring system consists of:

  • one WST-# tag;
  • one WST-ETM manager.

The larger the controlled territory, the more tags you can set. The maximum number of these devices connected to one manager is 40 pieces.

The tag is a small automatic device that is housed in a case. Inside there is:

  • printed circuit board with electronic circuit;
  • lithium battery CR2032.

Today there are 5 types of tags:

  • WST-13;
  • WST Pro;
  • WST-Pro+;
  • WST-Pro-ALS;
  • WST-Pro-ALS+.

* - prices are indicated without taking into account the costs of the initial check of WST-# tags as part of WSTR-# complexes. The cost of verification is 2500 rubles. The audit is carried out once every 2 years.

Description of tags based on differences in their characteristics

Characteristics of measurement channels

  • Tags can register temperature fluctuations in the range from 40°C to +85°C.
  • The measurement resolution is 13 bits (8192 points).
  • The minimum temperature gradation recorded by the tag is 0.02°C.
  • The measurement error varies depending on the temperature range, but does not exceed 1.2°C.
  • The tag can measure humidity from 0% to 100%, with a resolution of 10 digits (1024 points) and a sensitivity of 0.12%. The measurement error is no more than 5%.

Correct selection of tags is a guarantee of high-quality monitoring of temperature and humidity.

Main features of tags in the monitoring system

Tags are indispensable for a quality data collection process because:

The use of quality tags eliminates delays in the operation of the temperature monitoring system. The equipment promptly responds to changes in parameters, transmits the appropriate signal to the associated devices.

The indoor temperature monitoring system connects to power and the internet. The WST-ETM manager registers in the cloud database using a user login. All WST-# tags are attached to the manager via a radio channel. Next, tags are placed at control points, which can be up to 200 m from the manager. The number of meters is reduced when there are any obstacles, such as walls.

To service more than 40 managers or devices located at a distance of 200 m, install one or more additional managers.

Thanks to a user-friendly interface, the user can always disable and enable tags and managers on their own. Also, the user has access to settings responsible for:

  • the rate of registration of temperature, humidity, door position, movement, illumination;
  • monitoring the state of charge of the battery and notification of its discharge;
  • tag optimization;
  • humidity monitoring.

In addition, the user can always view all the data displayed in a graphical form, using a convenient and understandable interface. Thanks to it, you can even visualize individual fragments of reports and charts, displaying hourly lows / highs.

The system makes it possible to download all the information that the tag has collected since its commissioning, unless the materials were specifically removed. All graphs are easy to print or store in a file with the most user-friendly extension.

You can also always download raw data from the cloud to document it.

In practice, we see that interested employees most often use their smartphones to monitor the microclimate:

Basic properties of the simplest monitoring tags

Most often, WST-13 tags are suitable for monitoring warehouses and refrigerators. The main advantage of the WST-Pro and WST-Pro-ALS models is the availability of RAM, which allows you to buffer data in those moments when radio communication fails for some reason and information does not enter the cloud. After the signal appears, everything that has managed to accumulate in the tag's memory is automatically transferred to the database. This ensures high accuracy and objectivity of the results, regardless of possible failures in the Internet and the power grid.

Also, the presence of built-in memory makes WST tags stand-alone loggers with high efficiency. Therefore, they are often used during the transportation of products that require maintaining a certain temperature.

For example, when goods are transported from a warehouse to consumers using thermal containers that are returned to the warehouse, they can be tagged, and managers can be placed in the loading area. As soon as the manager finds the tag, it automatically reads all the information.

Such a system is also convenient in cases where products are stored in several warehouses and transported from one to another by means of thermal containers. In this case, all managers are grouped by adding all WST-Pro tags to them, which are installed in containers. When a vehicle arrives at a specific point, the manager immediately reads the data and transfers it to the cloud.

Our company performs a full range of works on equipping pharmaceutical warehouses temperature and humidity control system, which is a necessary element of the GMP standard. To meet the standard, a pharmaceutical warehouse must pass GMP validation, within which warehouse temperature mapping. For the correct location of sensors in the warehouse complex, the project provides for the preparation of warehouse temperature map, which will answer the questions where and how many sensors will need to be placed for the most accurate picture of temperature and humidity readings. This will allow you not to spend money on the purchase of extra sensors and, at the same time, will not allow you to miss places during the design where the temperature fluctuates the most, for example, the expedition and loading area. For temperature charting Autonomous temperature and humidity recorders (loggers) are used, operating for 3-5 days.

The temperature map allows you to:

  1. Reveal the dynamics of change temperature regime premises.
  2. Determine the critical areas of the premises subject to maximum temperature differences (gates, transoms, passages, arches, etc.).
  3. Obtain numerical values of temperatures and evaluate the stability of maintaining the temperature regime for several days.
  4. Analyze the compliance of the premises with the requirements for it.
  5. Identify the installation locations of sensors to measure temperature and humidity.

Next comes the installation of sensors in strictly designated places identified at the mapping stage. This will be followed by the phase of commissioning and bringing the system into working condition with commissioning. .

Key features and advantages of a pharmaceutical warehouse microclimate monitoring system based on Russian components.

Hardware:

The solution is based on high-precision temperature and humidity sensors of the IVIT series (Russian production Relsib), entered in the State Register measuring instruments. Verification is done every year. Sensors are supplied calibrated and state-tested.

Data is transmitted via a single Modbus information bus and via a local network to a central server, which can be located at any distance from the sensors. From computers in the local network of the warehouse/control room, you can access data at any time and monitor the temperature and humidity conditions. Data can be stored on the server for more than 5 years and is always available for analysis from computers in the local network. If the system determines that violations occur (going beyond the set thresholds), an alarm message will be displayed on the screen of the system manager and SMS messages will be sent to the responsible personnel.

The power supply of the monitoring system has a backup circuit, which allows it to work without an external power supply of 220V for up to 12 hours, thanks to special power supplies and high-capacity batteries.

Also, we offer building a system based on high-precision temperature and humidity meters IVTM7, which can operate both via the RS-485 bus and via a radio channel, depending on the version and modification. Communication range up to 100m in the warehouse. If the building topology is complex, a repeater system can be used to cover the entire room.

If a local network already exists in the warehouse, then to save on installation, it is possible to connect the sensors directly to the local network. Moreover, if the network supports the PoE protocol - (power transmission over the network), then you can power the sensors and not use power supplies. Each IVTM sensor has a backup power supply from batteries, in case of interruptions in the main power supply. There is also a built-in sound alarm system for mode violations.

All equipment is certified and included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments.

Software part:

Option number 1:

The software part is implemented on the basis of the RapidSCADA SCADA system. The software accumulates data, visualizes the readings of temperature/humidity sensors and displays alarm messages. An example screen is shown below. One computer acts as a storage server. From other computers in the local network, you can connect and view the status of the system. A GSM modem is connected to the server to send emergency messages. responsible persons. The license for the system is purchased once.

Option #2:

We offer the opportunity to use our Internet service for data collection and analytics. In this case, the data from the devices will be sent to a server on the Internet, where each warehouse employee will be given access to Personal Area with reports, setpoint settings and alarm notifications. The service is located on fault-tolerant equipment in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Guaranteed 99% availability and data retention up to 5 years inclusive. The cost of access to the service is 200 rubles. for 1 sensor per month. This cost additionally includes SMS and email notifications about accidents. A good choice without a big initial investment.

Purpose of the software and hardware measuring complex

One of the company's most notable products is the control and measuring system. This is an innovative software and hardware complex (STC) designed for highly efficient climate control at industrial facilities and organizations, whose activities are related to the pharmaceutical industry.

The main function of the system is the automated collection, control, visualization and storage of data obtained during the study of the main microclimatic parameters - temperature and relative humidity.

The complex is indispensable in the work of pharmaceutical enterprises with infrastructure, including:

  1. Warehouses.
  2. Premises with a cold and cool microclimate.
  3. Production shops.
  4. Laboratories.
  5. Climatic, refrigerating and freezing chambers.

Helpful information: The PTC may include digital sensors or stand-alone relative humidity and thermal loggers. Optional, i.e. By connecting additional analog or discrete sensors, the system supports the ability to measure a number of other microclimate parameters, such as pressure surges or changes in gas concentration.

Depending on the software and hardware composition and the needs of the consumer, the complex can be equipped with wired or wireless communication facilities, incl. with access to the global network. Due to this, the complex allows you to organize a highly efficient centralized system for monitoring the microclimate at all facilities of the serviced enterprise. Moreover, regardless of their location on the map, as well as their distance from each other and from the dispatch center.

The main functions of the complex

The following functions are assigned to the hardware part of the PTK:

  1. Display of current measurement results on the screens of the ShKPU module (universal parameter control cabinet).
  2. Control of measured values according to operating ranges with individual settings.
  3. Light and sound signaling in case of deviations of the studied parameters from the standard values.
  4. SMS-notification in case of accidents, as well as re-sending of messages after the restoration of normal mode.
  5. Duplication and storage of measurement results in the memory of autonomous loggers that control the level of humidity and temperature.

Concerning software, it has a server / client configuration, and its tasks are as follows:

  1. Recording current measurement results in a MySQL database with protection against unauthorized access.

  10. Individual configuration of TCP / IP and COM connections for all devices operating as part of the complex, as well as combining individual functions of these types of communication.
  11. Rapid processing and analysis of data using a special registration and polling module.

Helpful information: The PTK operating system has an interface with excellent usability, which is out of competition in terms of the degree and quality of automation of work and service and preventive processes.

PTC: main advantages

When supplying technological equipment and components of the hardware and software complex, the manufacturer provides free licenses for the “Server” and “Client” software packages. By making such a purchase, the user receives not only impressive cost savings at the very start of a business project, but also a reinforced concrete guarantee of the uninterrupted operation of equipment, communications and operating system complex. And most importantly, since the functionality of the latter has no analogues on the world market yet, the purchase of the complex opens up an uncompetitive range of opportunities and prospects for business.

In addition to the temperature regime (in the range from -40 to +80 ° C) and the level of relative humidity (0 ... 100% RH), the PTK control area includes voltage electrical network. The complex also controls access to the ShKPU and sensitive rooms of the serviced facility. The control of other parameters of the PTK is optional.

The list of the most notable advantages of Hygrothermon should start with:

  1. 4-year interval for equipment verification and overall system validation.
  2. Opportunities for remote control of the activities of branches and divisions of the parent company.
  3. Ease of installation, connection and maintenance of PTK equipment and communications.
  4. Automated system setup procedure.
  5. Smart self-diagnosis system.

Helpful information: A package of documents for the validation of the complex was specially developed, as well as the main methods for performing this procedure. As a result, the usability and profitability of the product was raised to the highest level, which is beyond the wildest fantasies of possible competitors.

PTK equipment is responsible regulatory requirements installed for modern pharmaceutical industrial enterprises. At the same time, the complex fully satisfies the provisions:

  1. GMP/GDP/GSP standards for pharmaceutical industry facilities.
  2. Food and Drug Administration Standard (FDA 21CFR Part 11).

PTK also complies with the rules put forward by the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the organization of production processes at pharmaceutical enterprises, as well as quality control of their products. The loggers used by the system are included in the state registries of SI Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. This ensures the availability of this technology both on the domestic market and on trading floors of neighboring countries.

Technical features of ShKPU modules

Universal parameter control cabinet as part of the complex is designed for:

  1. Connections for groups of temperature loggers, humidity sensors, pressure sensors, etc. in quantities from 1 to 15, 30 or 60 units as part of one control and diagnostic unit.
  2. Visualization of data obtained in the process of monitoring the microclimate in the serviced area.
  3. Giving light and sound signals when the controlled parameters deviate from the operating limits.
  4. Data conversion and transfer to the upper control level.

Inside the ShKPU, all the components necessary for the operation of the PTK are conveniently, compactly and neatly placed. To put the module into operation, it is enough:

  1. Securely fix it on the vertical plane of walls, columns or other details of the layout.
  2. Connect power supply.
  3. Perform routing from ShKPU to the server that receives and processes the control data.
  4. Connect the number of sensors, loggers or other sensitive equipment necessary for effective monitoring of the microclimate in the serviced premises.

Several control cabinets can work as part of one PTK - it all depends on the complexity and scale of the control and monitoring system for microclimatic parameters. In most cases, one ShKPU module is enough for one building, structure or functional complex of premises of a serviced enterprise.

The hardware scheme is developed in accordance with the PTK design hierarchy. At the same time, the operational features of the control zone, as well as the prospects for modernization and functional expansion of the system serving a particular object, are necessarily taken into account.

The control cabinet includes:

  1. Actually, a cabinet of control and management.
  2. 4 pcs of mounting anchor bolts.

Depending on the needs of the user, the following components are ordered separately to organize the operation of the complex:

  1. Temperature and relative humidity loggers of the DS1923-F5 series (designed to monitor climatic parameters in control zones with a temperature regime of -20 ... basic protection from moisture, dust and other aggressive operating factors)
  2. Loggers DS1922L-F5 (they have a frost-resistant, moisture-proof design and are designed to work in rooms with a temperature regime of -40 ... +85 ° C).
  3. Cable adapter 1w-2/3 format, incl. with a built-in temperature sensor, necessary for connecting loggers and sensors to the head equipment of ShKPU.
  4. A light and sound alarm system designed for timely notification of persons responsible for the operation of the complex and facility personnel about violations of the regulatory microclimatic regime in control zones.
  5. Service kit iBDLR-0-U for reprogramming data loggers and reading operating data from them.

Characteristics of ShKPU and loggers

To organize the operation of the systems of the complex, the manufacturer has provided 3 types of ShKPU with dust and moisture protection IP41. They differ in the maximum number of connected loggers or sensors.

The smallest control cabinets - ShKPU-1 - allow organizing maintenance of premises with a total area of not more than 1000 sq. m. Only one logger loop can be connected to such a module, designed to install 15 control and measuring points, but during a power outage it can work offline for at least 4 hours.

Helpful information: The standard length of the loop is 100 m and it is not recommended to exceed it, because. this entails an increase in the error of control measurements to an unacceptable level.

SHKPU-2 are controlled with a group of 30 loggers or sensors placed on 2 loops. Cabinets of this category are included in the PTK for maintenance of objects with an area of up to 2000 sq.m.

ShKPU-4 are the most capacious. They allow you to expand the complex up to 60 sensors, and the latter are already connected using 4 loops. This provides an increase total area control zone up to 4000 sq.m. The battery life of cabinets of categories 2 and 3 is within 2 and 1 hours, respectively.

The results of the current measurements of the loggers operating as part of the complex are displayed on the ShKPU display. Operational information is stored in the internal memory of the system and exported to the nearest server via Ethernet using TCP/IP data transfer technology. PTK optionally supports a number of alternative data interfaces. If necessary, the complex can establish communication with the servers and clients of the complex by:

  1. Radio transmissions in the 433 MHz band.
  2. Available GSM solutions.
  3. RS485 standard (data is transmitted via Ethernet, but by sending / receiving differential electrical impulses).
  4. fiber optic lines.

Registration of temperature and humidity levels in controlled premises is carried out autonomously. First of all, the measurement results are entered into the logger memory, designed for 8192 records, and then sent to the server. Here they are logged and sent for further processing.

Helpful information: ShKPU have restrictions on connecting pressure sensors: the latter are optionally included in the control and measuring system in the amount of no more than 4 units.

It remains to add that despite the difference in functionality, control cabinets of all three categories have same sizes(800*800*200) and weight 45 kg. The manufacturer recommends operating the ShKPU within the temperature range of +5 ... +40 ° C and at an air humidity in the room of not more than 93%. The discreteness of thermal measurements performed by the system loggers does not exceed 0.0625 ° C, while the total error in measuring temperature and humidity lies within +/-0.5 ° C.

The technological process of storage of goods exposed to temperature is one of the key for such areas as the production and distribution of food and medicines. There is no need to describe the consequences of violations of the temperature regime of storage and what consequences this leads to - from loss of reputation in business to detrimental effects on human health. Moreover, GDP and SanPin standards and regulations already today require distributors and manufacturers to strictly comply with the storage and transportation of temperature-sensitive goods. The widespread implementation of the international standard of good distribution practice GDP in Russia imposes serious requirements on players in the food and pharmaceutical markets, obliging them to introduce automated temperature and humidity monitoring systems at storage sites, move away from paper temperature logs to electronic ones (which cannot be compromised), install light sound alarms that are triggered when the storage mode is violated.

Today, thanks to technology, it is possible to optimize the cost of temperature and humidity control (TVR) by shifting this function to reliable automation. Our company is an expert in the design and construction of continuous microclimate monitoring systems and is ready to offer you the best solution that will fully meet all the requirements of the GDP standard and SanPin standards.

The name of our complex "ANEMONE" formed from words A automated Not discontinuous Mon itering. Anemones are also very beautiful flowers.

Complex of automated continuous monitoring "ANEMON".

Having worked for years in the market of monitoring systems, we offer you a system based on the needs of companies and incorporating the best practices. The ANemon complex consists of 2 parts - hardware and software.

Only certified equipment is used as hardware Russian production. The sensors have an allowable error of ±0.2 °С to ±0.5 °С, which fits into the regulations of the GDP standard and SanPin norms (±0.5 °С) and without fail included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments. Equipment connection can be either wired or wireless to facilitate installation. Hybrid options are possible, when part of the system is wired and part is wireless. Sensors are selected for a specific project and their performance may depend on various conditions, such as installation location, temperature range and much more.

The ANEMON system can be used to equip a stand-alone refrigerator or chamber, as well as scale it up to thousands of sensors in a large warehouse complex. Due to modularity, the functionality can be increased gradually, precisely fitting into the requirements and budgets.

Wired version of the temperature and humidity monitoring system "ANEMON".

In this case, the sensors are wired using a reliable industrial RS-485 interface. The length of 1 line with sensors can reach 600 m when using shielded twisted pair and up to 1200 m, when using a specialized cable type MKEShv. Number of lines in the system — not limited! Number of sensors in the system — 65000 . Due to the fact that the number of lines with sensors can be arbitrarily large, the complex will cover a room of any complexity - from a free-standing refrigerator to warehouse complexes with an area of tens of thousands of square meters!

The lines are connected to small control cabinets with electronics located inside or outside the premises. Typically, the ANEMON system uses 1 control cabinet, but when building a very large-scale system, there may be several. The diagram shows the ANemone system in a wired version.

Wired temperature and humidity monitoring system "ANEMON"

This is the most common version of the ANEMON temperature and humidity monitoring system. It contains one or more lines with sensors that are stretched across the room. All lines are assembled into one and go to the control cabinet. The control cabinet contains controllers, uninterruptible power supply and other electronics necessary for operation. Cabinets are connected to the local network of the enterprise (in case of installing the software part at the customer’s site) or to the Internet (in case of using the cloud version of the system) via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Users in any case (regardless of the type of software) access the system through a browser.

Advantages:

  • High reliability of wire lines.
  • There is no need to replace the batteries, as the sensors and alarms are powered by a cable.
  • Independence from interference and interference of warehouse equipment.
  • The ability to cover any, the most difficult room.

Flaws:

  • More complex and lengthy installation.
  • Cost of cable and fixing materials.

Wireless version of the temperature and humidity monitoring system "ANEMON".

In the wireless version, the sensors are connected to the cabinet via a radio channel. The signal from the sensors is received by a special modem that can operate in several modes, in particular as a repeater. Thanks to this, it is possible to build a radio network of sensors of a rather complex structure in order to cover any premises. The sensors are powered either from an internal source (battery or high-capacity battery) or from an external power supply. Duration of operation from 1 set of batteries up to 7 years (depends on the quality of the radio signal and the distance of the sensor from the signal receiver and the transmission interval). The maximum distance of the sensor from the receiver is 600m or more, depending on reception conditions and interference. This figure refers to the loaded warehouse. In open space, the range is up to several kilometers. For the rest of the functionality, the wireless system is identical to the wired one, namely, it has a control cabinet that connects to a local network or the Internet. The diagram of the wireless system is shown in the figure:

Wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system "ANEMON"

Advantages:

  • Simple and fast installation.
  • No wires.
  • Large working radius of sensors.
  • Long battery life.
  • High speed of system commissioning.

Flaws:

  • Requires regular replacement of batteries or battery charging.
  • Reducing the communication range in the presence of interference in reinforced concrete.

A hybrid version of the ANemone temperature and humidity monitoring system.

A hybrid (mixed) system combines the advantages of wired and wireless systems. It is designed for complex premises / warehouses, where in one case it is advisable to use radio sensors, and in the other wired ones. For example, you can install several radio sensors to cover a very long room, instead of pulling a cable route along it. Thus, it is possible to build a very optimal system in technical and financial terms. The hybrid monitoring system of TVR "ANEMON" is shown in the figure.

Hybrid temperature and humidity monitoring system "ANEMON"

Key features of the complex of automated continuous monitoring "ANEMON":

  • Sensors and all measuring instruments that are used in the system are included in the State Register of SI and are supplied by attorneys. It is also possible to use calibration sensors. This gives you the opportunity to present evidence to regulatory authorities and use it as solid evidence. The system is designed to work with any parameters - temperature, humidity, gas content (any gases), pressure, liquid level, air flow rate and much more.
  • Calibration interval of sensors is from 1 to 4 years, which reduces your regular budgets for calibration activities.
  • All hardware and software is made in Russia and allows you to save money without overpaying exchange rate differences.
  • Uninterrupted power supply, allowing the system to continue to work when the 220V is turned off. You are sure that the storage process control always works.
  • Flexible options for informing responsible personnel about violations of the storage regime - via SMS, via Email, light and sound alarms, touch panels and LED displays, displaying alarms on the screen of the dispatching computer. A notification delay mode is provided to avoid false alarms when opening the chamber doors and short-term temperature spikes.
  • Full compliance of equipment and software with the GDP standard and Order of the Ministry of Health No. 646Н, which allows the system to be used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • The maximum permissible error of the sensors is ±0.5 °С, which fully complies with the SanPin and GDP and WHO regulations.
  • Reducing obsolete functions of your staff, such as maintaining paper temperature logs and regular manual checks of psychrometers. Journals are easy to compromise, but a secure electronic archive is not! The staff can be busy with more important tasks, while the automatic system will control the microclimate parameters without human intervention.
  • Convenient and easy access to data from any workplace through a browser. There is no need to install client software on each computer, let alone pay for it! No fees for client seats and the number of sensors!
  • Data buffering in the sensor controller in case of disconnection with the central server. Data will never be lost, thanks to the buffer that is used between the sensor controller and the software server. Even if the connection with the server is lost for several months, the system will continue to record the collected data, and when the connection is restored, it will transfer everything to the server.
  • The ability to choose a convenient type of software that meets your needs - built-in controller, cloud and corporate.

We have structured the requirements for the monitoring system and suggest you use it to build a monitoring system. .
