Like any other nutrition system, Volkov's technique has both its fierce supporters and opponents. Its undoubted advantages are:

  • Individual approach to each client;
  • there is an active cleaning of the body and unloading of the joints;
  • efficiency;
  • lack of feeling of hunger;
  • freedom of choice and menu variety.

Opponents of the methodology call it contradictory. So Volkov categorically forbids broths and milk, and many nutritionists insist on their use during the diet. Dousing before bed (by the way, this can be done in the morning) also causes a lot of criticism, because you may have problems falling asleep. And, to be honest, drinking 3 liters of water a day is very problematic for many.

The main disadvantage of this diet is its cost. With a significant weight, you will need to periodically (every 4-5 months) donate blood for analysis. And its cost (this is only primary) is around $300. And it’s not a fact (if you didn’t go directly to the clinic) that it will be done at your place of residence. And you also need to find a nutritionist who will work with you.

Do's and Don'ts on a Diet

Of course, not everyone has the opportunity to visit the Volkov clinic (Moscow, Architect Vlasov st. 6), but do not despair. You can make a list of products yourself, you should carefully listen to your body:

  • eliminate from the diet what you simply do not like;
  • foods to which you are allergic are unacceptable.

This will be your red list, put what you love on the green one. This will not give accuracy, but in many cities there are now specialists working on this system and laboratories where analysis can be done.

The nutrition program is developed strictly individually and adjusted according to the results of the analyzes. But there is a list of products that everyone is forbidden to use. It includes:

  • stewed foods. In the process of such heat treatment, the very structure of the product is destroyed;
  • any canned food, including juices;
  • do not fry anything in vegetable oil: unrefined - it burns, and refined is generally a product that is useless for the body;
  • exclude broths from the diet - they collect all carcinogens and harmful substances;
  • milk;
  • smoked meats;
  • carbonated drinks.
  • green tea;
  • unsweetened compotes;
  • eggs and cottage cheese;
  • boiled, lean meat;
  • steamed fish.

The method is based on Shelton's separate power supply system. According to it, all products are divided into 6 groups:

  • milk products;
  • meat and fish;
  • legumes and all vegetables;
  • all kinds of fruits and nuts;
  • watermelon;
  • melon.

When we talk about the choice of products, we mean that they must all be natural and environmentally friendly.

Breakfast: porridge (muesli) with honey.

2nd meal: a couple of potatoes (boiled) with herbs.

For lunch: steamed fish with vegetable stew.

Afternoon snack: a medium-sized raw apple.

Dinner: steamed cutlets with green salad and fresh vegetables.

Friday

For breakfast: porridge (for a change, you can take barley) with the addition of a handful of dried fruits.

2 breakfast: kefir or an apple.

Lunch: baked eggplant with boiled meat.

Snack: cottage cheese and fruit casserole.

Dinner: fish with vegetables.

Saturday

Breakfast: half a banana and muesli.

2nd meal: bread with jam.

3rd meal: cottage cheese grated to a homogeneous mass with berries and fruits.

4 reception: citrus fruits (a little).

5 reception: meat baked or boiled with fresh tomato.

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 fried or boiled eggs with cheese and herbs.

2 breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese with orange slices.

Dinner: buckwheat porridge with fresh salad.

Snack: a glass of freshly squeezed juice (preferably orange).

Dinner: meat and vegetable stew.

If nothing bothers you during the diet, everything suits you - you can stick to it at least all your life.

How to get out of the diet

  • add new products gradually and in small quantities;
  • do not use those that (as shown by tests) change your blood formula;
  • consume no more than 2 thousand kcal per day;
  • go in for sports;
  • take care of the condition of the skin, because after losing weight it can sag;
  • keep taking contrast showers.

The output occurs within 2-3 weeks.

Contraindications

Although the diet and has on the body positive influence, there is a category of citizens for whom such a nutrition system is contraindicated:

  • pregnant women (see diet during pregnancy) and nursing mothers (see diet for a nursing mother);

  • after transplantation;

  • cancer patients;

A.B.:Let's take self-healing. How to develop healthy eating habits?
A.V.: There is a set of basic conditions, without which it is generally meaningless to discuss anything. And the first is water. We can't help but consume external environment and we can't stop reacting to it - that would mean we're dead. Therefore our the main task- remove harmful derivatives of the interaction of the body with the environment. Figuratively speaking, the first step is to repair the sewerage and organize garbage disposal. Remaining in the body, the garbage goes into excess weight, swelling and diseases like bronchitis, psoriasis or asthma. After all, the same psoriasis is nothing more than an attempt by the body to compensate for a poorly functioning sewerage mechanism.

A. B.:How much water are we talking about?
A.V.: According to my calculations, the correct dose is four liters, which should be distributed throughout the day. Morning water should be "big" - one and a half liters for an adult, because in the morning we are most thirsty. Drink gradually, over an hour, but always before meals. From breakfast to six in the evening - another liter. From six in the evening until the next morning - the remaining one and a half liters. Water should be clean, ideally from a well or spring. In urban conditions, bottled is suitable, but in no case carbonated.

A.B.: Four liters is a lot! But what about the load on the kidneys?
A.V.: Why is everyone sure that the kidneys can be loaded with water? Water enters the mouth, from there to the intestines, but not to the kidneys. The intestine is a through pipe, from where the body takes only what it needs. "Planting" the kidneys with water is possible only if it is administered intravenously.

A.V.: What about swelling? With so much water, they are inevitable.
A.V.: Perhaps I will surprise you, but edema only means that the body is lacking water. Swelling means you need to drink more. Harmful substances are excreted in the urine, and if there is nothing to make of it, then they remain in the body. So, in essence, edema is a warehouse of uncollected garbage.
