We divide the mince into 2 parts. We lay out one part on the foil with a rectangle, put the filling, close the top with the second part of the minced meat. We close up the edges, we form a beautiful log. Lubricate with mayonnaise. I make a trough out of foil so that the juice does not flow out. Transfer the crust onto a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. at t 170С.
After baking, I didn’t immediately take it out of the foil, in the morning I decided to put it in a saucepan and found that the foil had stuck to the roll. I should have put it hot on a plate.

I started making fish minced meat: I ground minced meat in a combine, it turned out to be liquid for a roll, added onion, egg and semolina, stood for 30 minutes and made small rolls with mushroom filling, if you can call them that, which I fried in a pan. The first time I tried a combination of fish and mushrooms, but it is delicious.

I took 800 g of minced chicken + chopped onion + 1 egg + a bun soaked in milk, beat off the minced meat, spread it on a film, put the mushroom filling on top. She rolled up the roll, lubricating it with a beaten egg, and transferred it to a baking bag. The roll, added another 30 minutes, due to the small volume of the bowl, it turned out to be wide, but it did not affect the taste.
