We apply the bars and make saw cuts along the marked lines. We drill the resulting bars from both sides, while inserting a dowel on one side. There is an empty hole on the other side. As a result, the bars should fit one into the other, like chain links one by one. Thus closing the circle.

That is what we are doing next. We apply PVA glue to the mating surfaces and finally fasten everything with strap tape. The tape will hold and tighten the structure until the glue dries.

It is desirable to use flat surfaces at the top and bottom to prevent the wheel from pulling to the side. In our case, plywood and stones of considerable mass were used. We wait 12 hours.

We cut out the central octahedron to which the wheel spokes will be attached. We also drill a hole for the dowels and string the knitting needles on them using glue.

In order for the “stabilizers” to tightly press against the body of the dowel, it is necessary to rotate in one direction.

Finally, the finished chandelier had to take its place. Suspension with an 8 mm thick cable stretched inside with a loop at the end ottt brought into the hole in the pipe and "pierced" with a pin. The connection was disguised with a towline. The chandelier can be easily removed, but you need an assistant to install it.
